Great bed size queen, which is very hard to find in london hotels for a decent price. The room is small and the water pressure is okay but overall a great place to stay. Ten minute walk to south kensington station which is very easy to use. Great breakfast selection even though they do not have hot food.

Upon arrival my boyfriend and i were confused on how to enter the door and the front desk receptionist wasn’t really helpful then told us we should of read about it and known before arriving and gave us a little attitude.

Stayed here for a second time and definitely booking again! Great aesthetic rooms. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is clean. Lovely breakfast, which is included. Staff is nice and always willing to help. Great location near the underground.

I only don’t prefer the shower in the tub.

Room are nice and new but could do with some daily cleaning! breakfast is simple but nice and free coffee in the rooms too. could improve the quality of food for breakfast, small choice but good is best!

the paid for cleaning is a bit annoying!

The location was close to south Kensington station. Not to far of a walk. However, if you really love to walk, Hyde park and Kensington palace is not that far. So are the museums. The buffet breakfast was great. I love the freshly squeezed orange juice and yoghurt.

I was surprised that there is no house keeping included in the stay. We stayed for 7 nights. We have to request 24 hours in advance and pay 25 pounds for it. The staff said it was on their website but we booked through booking.com. Just took house cleaning as a given. Also the flushing system takes sometime to refill.

The room was very spacious and very nicely fitted out. We enjoyed relaxing in it after a day walking around London. Location is excellent, short walk from the tube but very peaceful.

Our only negative comments were that the high tech door lock system was unreliable and we needed the night porter to help us gain entry one night, the wi-fi was patchy, and the shower tiles could do with a touch of new grouting. Breakfast - did not take it as it was just pastries etc. and neither of us are fond of that. A good continental breakfast would be appropriate for the price of the room

The room was exactly as expected.

The thread bare carpets on the stairs was not a good impression. At breakfast, both days, the one coffee machine was not working properly.

Very clean, modern room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast! Bed super comfy. Sufficient room in the closet for clothes, coats etc, and enough room on the floor for 2 small suitcases. Good black-out curtains if you need darkness to sleep (we stayed here in Dec so that wasn't really an issue). Would stay here again.

Very minimal staff. Generally, I'm ok with that (doing check-in online beforehand rather than at reception upon arrival etc) but our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay (6 nights), the bathroom wasn't cleaned either and we didn't get fresh towels. And it said nowhere if/how you could request that. Also, you essentially have to take out your own trash a.k.a. put it outside your room in the hallway. But if you're unlucky, your trash doesn't get picked up and you have to take it back inside your room in the evening. We were there in December and the windows are one pane glass so there was a bit of a draft. We could compensate with curtains and radiator though.

The property was so nice, perfect location and perfect area! How ever a bit disappointing was the breakfast … first day there was nothing left and they did not even refill and not many options (english breakfast). Otherwise nice staff and very comfortable. Cleaning service we did not see any … after ouf 5 day stay our bathroom wasn’t very clean anymore but the rest was without a mistake!

As I said before, the breakfast wasn’t that various and the first day they didn’t even fill up. (we weren’t that late). And cleaning service would have been nice once every two days maybe …

Location and ease of access.

Reaching by public transport is easy, 5 min walking to the underground and to bus stops. Lockers with a passcode is available in the lobby, of course limited number but the staff helped upon arrival. Check-in at 16:00 is a bit too late but at least they accept the luggage beforehand. The room was quite comfortable. The extra hangers and other stuff was handed over to us in a timely manner (nice staff). The showers and the faucet with warm (let's say hot) water at all times, though the pressure was low. All day coffee and orange juice is a nice offering. Also not cleaning the rooms everyday is a good idea. I think it should be also deducted from the prices too. I didn't feel this. There is no daily room-service. you have to pay for it if needed and need to inform in advance. I like this as it is to me unnecessary cost when it is daily. Clean sheets and towels could be asked from the staff and is taken to your room free of charge. You need to replace yourself. Shampoo, toilet paper etc. available in the lobby, free of charge.

The breakfast would be better served. After 09:00 most of the offerings were already finished and not replenished. For a limited service (lower number of staff, cleaning costs etc) the price could be better. The cups and glasses are machine washed but you can still see some marks, altough we got used to it.
