Unusual facade, everything easily accessible, modern lifts to all floors, handy little bar, excellent breakfast with staff who were very attentive particularly Ramadan who goes over and above what you would expect for service.

access through the main door has steps and difficult for people with disabilities not even any handrails at the side of the steps. Television controls was difficult to understand. Would prefer a walk in shower in place of a bath. And disappointed there is no Dining room for dinner other than Indian street food restaurant

I booked the Courthouse for one night as I was performing at the London Palladium and it's just next door to the stage door. I was given a room upgrade and met with a complimentary bottle of wine and cheesecake in the room, alongside a note from the staff wishing me good luck with the show! Very nice touch...The rooms were quiet, spotless and the beds and pillows were among the most comfortable I've ever experienced. All in all a fantastic place to stay an so reasonably priced for the location. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again !

Staff were super friendly and the hotel location was amazing. The room was comfortable, a bit noisy but building work going on next door which isn't the hotels fault. It didn't sound like noise blocking glass is in the windows. The fridge wasn't working but not too much of a bother for us, we reported on checkout to be fixed for next guest. The bar is lovely with original features incorporated. Would 100% stay again.

Mini fridge in room not chilling but reported and whilst building work going on, would try to get a room at opposite side of building.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were really attentive, the concierge, James was brilliant (And he didn't ask us to say that, he just was) Everyone was lovely and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect, we were going to see a show and it was only a short walk away. There's a really nice pool in the basement, very chilled atmosphere and the bar area is very cool, they've retained some of the cells from where this used to be a courthouse. The pricing was very good, not much more than some of the basic hotels with rooms that you can't swing a cat in. Our room was a good size, clean, modern and nicely decorated. We will definitely be staying again next time we come to this part of London.

Excellent accommodations. The room was very comfortable and the king size bed was firm, just the way we like it. The room temperature was perfect for sleeping. The location opposite Carnaby street was very convenient for shopping and dining. All the staff was attentive; however, I want to give a big shout out to Concierge "Night" Mohammad who, from the first night until the last night of our stay, made our visit a delight! He was always accessible, personally explained all about our room, the hotel's amenities & its very interesting courthouse history. local dining, etc.. He was concerned about us and the well-being of my son & grandson who were also staying at the hotel. In fact, he brought tea and honey to our room in the middle of the night when my husband was feeling "under the weather." A true English gentleman!

Considering the amount paid for the nightly rate, we feel breakfast should be included for everyone.

TV didn’t work sometimes. No biscuits in the room with tea and coffee facilities. I think snacks should be included for the price. Robes weren’t in our room as promised when we went to our room. Had to wait until the second day before we got them. We had to ask for them twice before they were left in our room. Not enough toilet roll. Had to ask for more. Key cards stopped working after the first night so had to get them reprogrammed. Toilet roll holder broken in our bathroom. Pillows weren’t very comfortable. Hair in fruit at breakfast.

Location great. Staff really helpful and polite. I left my bad in the restaurant after breakfast and a gentleman staff member came running out to hand it to me as I was leaving. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was a really good size and spotless.

The view was awful but I guess staying in a location right in the centre can’t be helped and our room was in the back of the hotel so I guess it couldn’t be helped. Thought it was slightly over priced too.

The location was absolutely fantastic for the London Palladium where we were going to see a show, less that 5 minute walk to Oxford Circus tube station, lots of restaurants nearby and the staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough to be of help.

Our only issue was a minor one, we could not seem to get the TV to work, we think it was probably down to the batteries in the remote but we aren’t sure. Since we were only there for the night, it didn’t affect our stay.

The hotel was so central for us. We were going to the panto at the London Palladium and it was right next door. Excellent restaurants within minutes of the hotel and the underground was 5 minute walk We were celebrating anniversary and hotel upgraded us and left lovely cake in room for our arrival. Bed was very comfortable.

The tv didn't work but we were out and about so it didn't trouble us. The room was huge and it was a bit problematic trying to warm it up.
