Good location for our trip. The room was spotless, the bathroom was really nice and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Room was way too hot when we arrived but we turned off the heating and opened the window and it was soon comfortable.

The location was great - close to all the things we wanted to do in London and close to an underground station, restaurants, and little grocery stores. We got 2 rooms side by side for us and our older kids which was great. Two of the staff at the desk were great and helpful, one was not so much but we didn't see him a lot. Overall, the desk gentlemen were great. It was nice having the water downstairs to fill our water bottles and to get tea and coffee whenever. It would have been great to have a microwave and fridge in the room though, but there's not much space. The rooms were small but served their purpose as we were out most of the time exploring London. We'd definitely stay again.

Not having a restaurant or fridge or microwave. When someone was hungry but we didn't want to have to go far or spend a lot of time, we had limited options from the grocery store since we couldn't heat up anything, etc.

I highly recommend this hotel. I'm from NY- and I found that the room was very clean and great value for the money. The hotel is in a central location in London where it's safe and very easy to get to all the sights The hotel's staff was absolutely amazing - front desk manager Wally told us exactly the best ways to get into the places in London we wanted to go and how to get there in the most best time saving way. He had really good suggestions and was always flexible with our requests. You'll be happy you stayed here.

The staff at reception was very helpful. I can’t say enough about the reception service. Any questions we had regarding transportation or attractions were answered clearly and completely. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye, etc, and many options for food and coffee. Also within 5 minutes of Lambeth North station.

Cleanliness of the hotel was great but rooms could use a refresh.

Loved the close proximity to area attractions and pubs. We were within walking distance to the British Imperial War Museum.

The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant/free breakfast on site, but the restaurant was not operational and therefore no breakfast. We had additional expenses because of this.

Good staff, kind service. The hotel was clean, very convenient area, close to Lambeth North metro station and near to Waterloo station as well.

No breakfast service (was indicated in reservation phase, not a big deal but would have loved trying an English breakfast in the hotel). It took very long for the water in the shower to get hot.

Friendly check in, very helpful staff. Breakfast was not available, but a very recommendable coffeeshop/bakery really close by, also a friendly pub behind the corner. The room was on a quiet side, not too big, but very pleasant and also very clean. The subway is just 2 minutes away with direct access to Paddington Station.

Coffee and tea available all time, such kind front desk people, space to eat food downstairs very convenient and exceptional location, highly recommend

Small rooms, heating took a while to get the room comfortable on rainy cold days but very warm blankets made up for it

Location: 5 min walk from the tube. The hotel itself was nice...free tea and coffee 24hrs a day...nice room, very quiet...good soundproofing from the outside noise...great value for money

Shower took a long time to heat up...might've been the luck of the draw

The reception staff were really friendly and so helpful. I couldn't fault them. They let us check in early which was really welcome.

Perhaps a kettle in the room for tea & coffee but this was available in the reception - I just hadn't experienced this before.
