it’s a brand new hotel with great location and really friendly staff. Underground is literally 30 sec away. great hot breakfast is served with delicious waffles.

One of the elevator was up n maintenance and it the other one was feeling overcrowded.

Room was lovely and clean and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic , the only thing I would say was for the capacity there could do with more coffee machines though the staff did try to keep on top of the queues for drinks by making the coffee in the machine behind the counter.

Our room was cleaned and 4 dirty towels were replaced by only 2 we called reception to request 2 more and were told housekeeping would bring them we waited 30 mins still no towels we called again and were told they'd send them straight away 20 mins later still no towels there were 4 of us staying in the room so 2 people ended up not showering that morning, not the end of the world but seems like a careless mistake to make which could have been rectified a lot quicker.

We loves the location, Brick lane is awesome if you love the multiculturalism of london. Also We loved some members of the staf like Kosuke who was extremely polite and helpfull and made our stay much better.

The room was very small for the price, the bed was very hard and the matress topper was too small for the bed, covering only around 60 pcts of the surface of the bed. This made my wife sleep on the sofa with my kid, Not good for a 250 pound per night hotel. The mattress topper also had a blood stain. The breakfast is extremelly busy with long queues and served in the hotel lobby instead of a dedicated room.

We had a twin room, which is not always easy to find in hotels. Great shower and comfortable beds. Good choice of breakfast included in the price - our food was excellent and everything looked very appealing.

It would have been nice to have a couple of packs of biscuits on the welcome tray.

The room was very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were tasty, although not very varied. The room had a safe, a large TV, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee set and a fridge. We liked that very much.

There was very little space in the room for bags and clothes - there was no clothes rack, only a few hangers in the hallway and a tiny shelf. We arrived with 2 large pieces of luggage and had nowhere to put our bags or clothes. Breakfasts were not very varied. And several times during our stay in the middle of the day there was a test of the fire alarm, which suddenly went off in the room - it could give you a heart attack.

The hotel is pretty nice, located in London City. The rooms are quite new. Close to Aldgate metro station and located right at the end of Brick Lane. For London prices, it is a good deal. Lots of shops open all day around.

It is a plus that breakfast is included, but don’t expect too much of it. After 2-3 days, one doesn’t mind skipping it. There aren’t a lot of options, but for a short stay it is ok. The queen bed is not that big and the matress is not amazing. Casting to the TV from another device is not permitted (e.g. airplay, chromecast) and the Movies you can “rent” on the tv have extra costs associated. There is though an hdmi option which we haven’t tried.

The value of this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations or the amount I paid for it. The decorations, staff, breakfast, or any other aspects, I loved it. The only downside was that the air in the room wasn't very good, but I guess that's probably a common problem with any London hotel.

Modern room with ample space. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom accessories. Breakfast was adequate for the hotel level. In general everything was as expected. Extra plus the experience of the quite interesting surrounding neighborhood. If visiting London through Stansted airport it has good connection from Liverpool Street station.

Breakfast could offer a few more bread varieties. Just plain toast wasn't the best thing. Also there is an issue if you have a big company as practically there's not that much of a common space downstairs. Room didn't offer any view and you couldn't open the window.

Staff were great. Lovely new hotel. We had an AC issue but staff resolved it straight away. Very helpful. They hold luggage if you arrive early / or onward plans are late after check out. Room and facilities very clean.

A little untidy / dirty in the immediate area around the hotel but easy access to tube station and great ease for Tower of London so fine for us.

The hospitality, kindness and compassion from Rohan and Junaid (and also Karthik) to help me and my family solving problem. Special compliments for Rohan and Junaid (and also Karthik). I was panicked because I found out at the airport that I forgot my passports in the comfortable room! Rohan and Junaid acted very fast and acutely and where very welcoming and friendly and made sure we could still get our flight!! Without these guys, it would not have been possible! We felt very welcome and will definitely come back! Thank you for organizing and realizing the great solution and hospitality! 😃🙏🏻👍
