The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Also there was a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. It was also nice that the windows opened to get fresh air. The staff was helpful in showing us how to use the appliances. Overall a good stay.

Our room was a bit small, but next time we will ask for a larger apartment which was in the next unit over.

The information received was very clear on where to collect the keys prior to checkin - just a short walk from the property. The area is well-signed and the reception where you collect keys is open 24 hours a day. I had a ground floor studio facing the street with a huge bay window. The studio is large compared to other rooms I have stayed at in London. The kitchenette offers a kettle, cook-top, microwave and fridge - great for longer stays. There are several supermarkets in the area which makes having a kitchenette super convenient. The shower, whilst small - offer a rain shower and standard connection. The water pressure was 100% - better than I have at home and it was great to have HOT water every day! I was advised that my room would be serviced every 2 days - I opted to have the room serviced once during my stay! I took my own trash out when needed. There is also a small laundry room in the neighboring property, which guests can use. It was convenient to be able to do use these and not having to find somewhere. Loved the location, staff and the room - and will certainly be staying here again.

I wish I could have stayed longer. My only other comment would be that the room had a microwave only, and would have loved the option of an oven since I was there for 12 nights.

Not as clean as you'd expect. Needs a paint and a good bleach. Short and curlys everywhere. Looks nothing like the pictures.

The place was nice and close to the tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater. There was an elevator to get to the upper levels. there was no need to lug your luggage on stairs. The staff Sam was amazing, polite, and accommodating. I forgot the other staff member on the day we came. He was brilliant as well. The place is nice if you are planning to have a short stay and would like to do some cooking to cut cost while in london

More coffee and tea would be nice but it was alright. Perhaps a safe in the room would be nice so we can leave our belongings such as laptops in the room without any worry.

Very good location , large number of shops nearby. Bays water Tube station is also nearby. Room was comfortable for three persons. AC not working. But the climate was cool during our stay. so didnt face any issue. small kitchen was sufficient for minimum cooking.

some more kitchen pans and vessels will be better. A mat infront of bathroom is essential which we dont have

Lovely stay, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were very accommodating and we had a very nice apartment. There were two of us and it was very spacious unlike other reviews stated, would also be ideal for a family. Location was great and close to all amenities. I plan to stay here again next year. You have to give a £200 deposit, I received it back the day after checkout with no issues. Would recommend!!!!! Thanks

It was near to a subway station and so many restaurants

We were four people and if two of us wanted to go out the other two didn't had lights because the card to enter the room was the same to turn on the lights

Was in the best location for us , easy to access and plenty of space . Came with clean towels and bedding, fridge kettle etc would recommend

The rooms ended up getting very hot and stuffy there was an Aircon in the room that didn't work or if it did it didn't come with instructions as they are normally very easy to use . The windows were restricted to open and when open you could hear the people who worked and lived there talking / arguing very loudly

the central location near two subway stations was ideal for our stay. the staff were great also

the noise from the neighbours
