Great location to Hyde Park and very close to tube station.

There was no bacon for breakfast and the sausages were beef not pork and as such were too dry. For that reason we decided not to have breakfast there on the second morning. Everything else was fine though.

The information received was very clear on where to collect the keys prior to checkin - just a short walk from the property. The area is well-signed and the reception where you collect keys is open 24 hours a day. I had a ground floor studio facing the street with a huge bay window. The studio is large compared to other rooms I have stayed at in London. The kitchenette offers a kettle, cook-top, microwave and fridge - great for longer stays. There are several supermarkets in the area which makes having a kitchenette super convenient. The shower, whilst small - offer a rain shower and standard connection. The water pressure was 100% - better than I have at home and it was great to have HOT water every day! I was advised that my room would be serviced every 2 days - I opted to have the room serviced once during my stay! I took my own trash out when needed. There is also a small laundry room in the neighboring property, which guests can use. It was convenient to be able to do use these and not having to find somewhere. Loved the location, staff and the room - and will certainly be staying here again.

I wish I could have stayed longer. My only other comment would be that the room had a microwave only, and would have loved the option of an oven since I was there for 12 nights.

The location is great. Perfect for going around and well connected, in the next street over there's pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff is nice and helpful, we had an issue with the heating and they solved it quickly. The apartments are big enough for 2 people and have all the basics. Also nice water pressure even if we were on the 3rd floor!

The apartments could use some renovating - most of the furniture is scuffed. Could be cleaner - we found a huge mysterious stain in the shower and the sheets too weren't super clean. The deposit is pretty high, about 234€, I understand it can be necessary but it is a lot of money and it took almost a month to get it back on my card since I don't have a UK card.

The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Also there was a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. It was also nice that the windows opened to get fresh air. The staff was helpful in showing us how to use the appliances. Overall a good stay.

Our room was a bit small, but next time we will ask for a larger apartment which was in the next unit over.

Every time I go to London, I try to book something in the area, because I love the neighbourhood and access to the tube and buses. This time I booked 2 apartments here for my and my family and we loved it! Staff was very friendly even after checking out (for a little problem I had), they were helpful and nice all the time, and I got the deposit back super fast! Comfortable beds, good size, very well equipped kitchen.

Staff gets a 10, but my overall rate is an 8 because it's an old property and therefore, very noisy. We could hear everything the neighbours did, even just when they were walking above us, slamming doors or simply chatting. So we didn't sleep fine and we were tired to explore the city. But this is something very common in London, so I recommend bringing earplugs for more comfort.

We met the nicest hotel staff ever! It was such a wonderful welcome. Thanks to the whole staff! The location is fantastic! A lovely area of London. Such a joy to walk around, whether towards Notting Hill or Hyde Park. We had a most wonderful stay.

The apartment itself is really rin down. The floorboards are damaged, the kitchen furniture as well. The bathroom is tiny - the washbasin one of the tiniest I have ever come across. I was a bit worried at first that they might want to pin any of the damage on us and keep (part) of the 200 pound deposit but my fears were unwarranted - we got the deposit back quickly and without any hassle.

Location, everything is nearby , there is a lift, it's a nice hotel. The kitchen is a plus. I enjoyed my stay here. They let me leave the luggage until 9 pm the check out day.Thank you.

The pan and pot need to be changed. The food sticks. And there are very few kitchen utensils. The saucepan for heating the milk is missing.

Location was perfect, lots of restaurants within walking distance, room was clean, staff at reception were great. Would stay here again.

I do not normally complain, however pillows were so soft I had to use all 4 of them to get a decent sleep, thought there was a washing machine but nope. Being on ground floor with room right next to the entrance door heard everyone coming n going as the door banged shut everytime it opened.

The place was nice and close to the tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater. There was an elevator to get to the upper levels. there was no need to lug your luggage on stairs. The staff Sam was amazing, polite, and accommodating. I forgot the other staff member on the day we came. He was brilliant as well. The place is nice if you are planning to have a short stay and would like to do some cooking to cut cost while in london

More coffee and tea would be nice but it was alright. Perhaps a safe in the room would be nice so we can leave our belongings such as laptops in the room without any worry.

Not as clean as you'd expect. Needs a paint and a good bleach. Short and curlys everywhere. Looks nothing like the pictures.
