Space and comfort! Easy to communicate and friendly staff…

I felt that if you are not fit and able be careful, as out apartment was right at the top of the building, and it was hard work with luggage and lot and lots of stairs to climb. We were fine, however for some it really wouldn’t have been.

It’s got that cheap hotel feel. But value for money I can’t complain

Great location, very large room with a kitchen consisting of everything that you need. We were expecting a double bed & sofa bed but ended up getting double bed & two singles which was great. Tea/coffee/sugar all provided apart from milk, which wasn’t a problem as Tesco/Sainsburys was a 2 minute walk away but may benefit from adding small milk sachets for the room. Overall great stay and would defitnelt stay again.

The main door to the apartment block we were in didn’t lock even at night so we didn’t feel fully secure. The towels provided were clean but they did have makeup stains on them.

I had read mixed reviews - but the location was so close to the train station - the area was quiet at night time - the room itself was spotless clean - looked like the whole building had recently been renovated so it was all lovely and fresh - Would indeed use this place again for short stays to London

the Shower door wasnt fully attached to the track so water was coming out and the flush on the toilet was not fully working - but it didnt effect the usage - just some small maintenance and it will be sorted

Excellent services from the new team managing at Hyde Park Superior apartments. A shout out to the outstanding individuals at the check-in desk: Raouf, Sam, and Nasreen. I will surely be back again if I'm in London with the family. Some positive highlights: The check-in process was smooth, I was able to get extra things easily for the room, I was able to leave to leave my luggage with the hotel even for an additional day, Internet was very reliable, the room was very nice and clean, very quiet, location was close to a lot of halal food options until late, kitchen utensils were plenty and clean.

Excellent central location, beautiful row of houses, close to hyde park and kensington palace, easy to reach by train (Paddington) or Underground (Bayswater and Queensway), as well as bus, lots of places to eat very close by, also close to small supermarkets for all essentials. Compact apartment, with the bed up on top of a split level above the bathroom. Perfect for a few days. Kitchenette with the necessary basics. (No toaster) or dishwasher). Nice was also an iron and ironing board for a getting creases out of a dress for a special night out. The kids loved having a good selection of "cheaper" souvenir shops just a block away.

Quite a lot of noise from the street and the other residents (especially above us) but we were only there for one week and are a family of good sleepers so it didn't keep us awake. Very steep space saving stairs to the bed.. probably not ideal for older guests, but the kids loved it! My husband and I slept on the adequate but well used IKEA sleeper sofa on the main level. Being in one room means less privacy if you are more than 2 people.

The area is lovely, very close to the underground and central, exactly what I wanted. The place itself is also very nice, we stayed in a comfortable little apartment with everything we needed really. I was scared because of previous reviews but I’ve been reassured by the receptionist that they had work done in the building and everything was new. We felt very comfortable the whole time:)

Leaving a £200 deposit for a two night stay after paying already is not great, but I understand why it has to be done, I guess previous guests weren’t considerate and such measures had to be taken to make sure people don’t mess up the rooms. The rest of the staying was honestly perfect.

Very hot in the apartment when relatively cool outdoors..but fans provided which helped. Stairs in apartment steep and coul be challenging.
