The property was nice. Lovely staff member at the entrance. Extremely clean and smelt nice. Small kitchen was a bonus. Shower was nice and warm and sufficient towels were provided. Pots and pans along with basic utensils are also handy Location was great, shops and food places only a short distance away and a tube station next to them. Also great for winter wonderland as located next to Hyde park. Noise outside was not too bad during night time

Room wasn’t particularly large by any means but does what you need for a short stay. Not the most suitable for a longer trip Neighbours were loud during the afternoon night and morning. We understood it was not the hotels fault

This was my first NOX experience. It was perfect for me as it blended self catering with serviced rooms. I had everything I needed for making breakfast and an evening meal combined with fresh towels and linen and housekeeping every day if I requested. This NOX is in the perfect location for tube and bus travel and is extremely quiet inside and out . The rooms are well designed , my studio was a little tight on space for two but perfect for a solo traveller. Great Tv, shower and storage- bed a little hard for me. 24 hr reception with pleasant service meant as a 75 yr old solo traveller I felt very safe . Excellent value for money for a London stay. I’ll be back!

We stayed in the deluxe double room with the hot tub. We absolutely loved the tub, it was spacious and relaxing after a day in the city. The TV was large and had all of the smart TV apps etc. There was also a decent sized wardrobe with a built in hair dryer and a full kitchenette which impressed us. The bathroom and shower were small but functional and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and when we called as we were anxious about making the 11pm check in, the receptionist was very supportive and detailed all of the public transport routes we could have taken. Locally, it was very handy for the tube and had lots of amazing cafes in walking distance - Les Filles was our favourite.

We felt there should have been an instruction manual for the hot tub, we had to google it ourselves and it took some working out in the end, and despite leaving it on heating mode the water would go cool. The bed was a little on the small side even for a double (ie shorter than usual double beds) and was a little too on the firm side. WiFi for the Smart TV was a little sketchy, and people in other rooms kept trying to connect to ours and interrupted our viewing, which suggests they weren’t left clear enough instructions on how to do their own. Though the room was clean, we unfortunately did have a cockroach on our floor on one of the nights.

Superb location with easy access to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and all the local facilities travellers appreciate. Rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and compact on a quiet street. Huge TV, excellent shower, and filtered water tap. Staff were very helpful. Daily servicing was appreciated. No on-site laundry, but there is a self-service option close by. Was here for 7 nights and would recommend.

Understand comments from others about some room layouts perhaps being a bit squeezy for two people, but my room was very well sized compared to some I have previously experienced in London.

I recently stayed at Nox Kensington Gardens, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of London with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting London, whether for business or leisure. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The best thing about Nox Hotel is the location. Close to Kensington Garden, the central Tube station and bus stops. Quiet and pleasant area. Sound proof walls in the room were also an asset. Most of the typical facilities present in the room (including the kitchenette), regular housekeeping.

The room was smaller than we thought. With the kitchenette present only a tiny table and 1 chair is available. Have also been given only 1 hand towel for 2 of us (but can always ask the receptionist for another one). Some hangers or hooks in the room could be really helpful + a toilet brush (which was surprisingly absent).

Fantastic location and comfortable room/bed. Property is safe and secure. Rooms are spacious with more than enough supplies in the room. Kitchenette is fantastic to have.

The lift was out of order on my stay which meant a trip up 5 flights of stairs each time.

The Jacuzzi bath was great, the multi coloured lighting, with changeable modes was fun, you can have a disco in your own room. Or use as mood lighting, to chill out and relax. The Nespresso coffee machine, nice coffee in the morning. The shower was lovely, nice shower gel and hand wash provided The kitchenette in a cupboard, with microwave, fridge, small hob, Hair dryer, towels provided Flat screen TV with lots of channels. Great to have Spotify on. Everything nice, clean and new. Felt special. The staff were great, happy to help. I was able to leave my case with them before checking in and after checking out as I had a couple of hospital appointments. My case/luggage was left in a secure place ready for my pick up later. I was given a Wi-Fi code, the Wi-Fi worked. Also was given WhatsApp messaging QRcode, this was good to message the hotel, to say I was going to be a bit late in picking up my case. I was told, it was OK and take my time, which was nice. The location is great, close to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, with plenty of shops, food supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars, in walking distance. Also close to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and bus stops

Everything was good, no problems with hotel

We had a very nice looking room with a surprise window, because the room wouldn’t have any. So that was nice. The shower was amazing, hot water and big showerhead.

There was only one chair for a two person studio. When asking for a second chair, that receptionist simply said no can do. So our advice would be to add a chair, so you can have a normal breakfast together. Also the kitchen tap was wrongly installed. Cold was warm and warm was cold water. Risky since the water can get really hot.

Location was really good, close to Hyde Park in Kensington and Tube stations. The room was modern, clean & tidy. We also went for the room with the spa bath which was a great luxury to have. Additionally having the option to extend the stay with late check out was appreciated considering we were just down for the night

We did stay in a ground floor room which happened to be close to reception so I could hear people coming down in the morning with cases on the way to reception, but was only when I was awake (wasn't enough to wake me up)
