This hotel was overall a good experience. Considering the price tag some things were not as good as expected though: - The location. Although it is very central located Leicester Square does have a share of homeless people walking around and heavy ambiance in the late night. Nevertheless considering connections is as perfect as it can be in central London. - The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed. - The bathroom has a weird design with a small bathtub. Really liked the toto toilet. - Too much light in the room in the night. The curtains don't close completely and are a lot of mirrors reflecting the light troughout the room. - The hotel is big with several common areas and at reception there is no clear explanation... for instance I didn't understand if the courtyard was open or not. Nevertheless the gym, pool and spa were very straightforward and well appointed. - I think it is not acceptable the in room open ear cleaners (cotonete) for hygienic reasons. - Lights over the bed too strong. - Room cleaning could be better. The highlights of the stay: - The central location besides the inherent problems. - Lively but yet organized and not loud entrance lobby and bar. - The complimentary soft drinks and snacks at the secondary lobby. - Miller Harris bath products overall very good except the body lotion which the smell was harsh and totally off. - Gym and pool. - Overall very quiet room and halls. So would I return there? Honestly only if I really need to stay at Leicester Square. For me it was good but not amazing stay, with an overall feeling of pretensious mood and too expensive for what it was. If you want a really luxurious expericence I would recommend to search elsewhere but at a discount this would be a nice stay. For the amount of hotels in central London this one just didn't excited me enough.. I would prefer to return to Pan Pacific for instance.

Breakfast was fantastic. Very tasty and good choice on the buffet and menu. Beautiful decor and aroma throughout hotel Rooms immaculate. Amazing location Staff are terrific, so nice and helpful but in a very natural way. Facilities are ahead of most of the top 5 star hotels in London.

Maybe the option of a little more light/ brightness in the room. Not a criticism but more of a personal choice.

the location was great & the hotel was brand new with spacious rooms & amazing decor.

the staff housekeeping was lousy they refuse to come clean out my garbage & provide me with basic necessities before going to work at 8am cause apparently housekeeping starts at 8am only which is so strange never experienced this in a hotel before. Also staff kept disrupting me 3 times if not more asking when I will check out when I clearly informed them that I already requested & paid for late check out day before & had the do not disturb sign on! when the sign is on the door should NOT be knocked especially not 3 times in a row.

Great location, lovely modern hotel, roof restaurant/bar was great and had a lovely atmosphere. All singing/ all dancing WC/bidet was a nice touch of luxury, although the self cleaning function needs to happen during the day and not at 4am in the morning.

Check in, waited almost an hour after the advertised check in time before the room was ready. This is very poor for this star hotel. Needs to be managed better, either get more cleaning staff and manage them better, or reduce your check out time so your staff have the time to clean all the rooms. This was a very bad first impression. Room: nice room, internal facing but this meant it was quiet, which we liked. The bathroom area not having a door is a pain when there is more than one person staying in the room, concerning noise.

Every small detail was thought of, for example the knobs everywhere to hang clothes. The Japanese toilet the slippers the towels. The great shower separate from the toilet. The tools in the closet. The safe. The space. The smart system. The English hospitality. The water bottles. The overall interior in the whole hotel. The restaurant and bars. It was just everything you need in a hotel and hotel room. I didn’t have a moment where I felt I am missing something I need. Amazing value for money.

The TV channels. Not suitable for global guests. Many channel were not working. Would have been nice if there was OSN for example or smart tv with Netflix.

The hotel is beautiful,Staff are all lovely and the whole hotel has a wonderful calming and relaxed feel about it like your in a Sanctuary and it smells beautiful where ever you are in the hotel,it truly is a work of art.Facilities are stunning the only unfortunate thing we encountered was two of the bars were not available so missed out on the Tavern which was disappointing. We booked 3 Deluxe King Rooms which were sufficiently big enough for us as we tend to spend most of our days out and about, beds are lovely and comfortable (as I normally end up with back pain)with pillows you sink into, rooms are very well equipped with essential’s like Shampoo/Conditioner and Shower Gel,even Cotten Buds and Cottenwool pads so saves you having to pack these.Cocktails are pricey but quite strong, then again you are paying Hotel prices so to be expected really. All in all a wonderful stay and if we manage to get a deal like this again we will definitely return,it made our trip for our daughters 21st one to remember.

From the second I approached the hotel and entered the property I was greeted and the service was nothing short of perfection. Acheem greeted me when I checked in and offered me Tea and gave me the grand tour of the entire property. He made the experience very special and from the beginning of the stay to checking out he was always offering a helping hand and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. I can’t wait to stay here again in the near future and thank you again to everyone at the property for making my stay so memorable!

I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. The lounge bar does close a little earlier than most but during the week that’s understandable as it’s a lot slower than weekends.

The pool. Great for relaxation, morning and night. Although only one lane for swimming, usually one could find an opportunity for a ten minute swim. The sauna and hot pool was bonus. Pleasant evening for complementary drinks and tea at the Residence, a mezzanine lounge where the staff was especially gracious. Several evenings a fine singer and piano at the lounge. Our request for separate duvets was met. Kindly staff, clean rooms. We dined several times at the Whitcomb restaurant to our satisfaction (the sole was excellent), the price was quite moderate and the waiters very helpful. Location at Leicester Square was near museums and playhouses. The various streaming channels we subscribed to could be accessed by joining the TV.

Our requests at registration were apparently not noted and we had to wait a hour at arrival in late evening for our room. We were surprised that the "concept" of the hotel is "no shelves or drawers". Upon request we did get more hangers for our clothing, but we resisted the concept to hang our underwear which remained ensconced in our suitcases for the duration of the week.

The location is really good, just at the center of leicester square. If you are a big fan of musicals, then the londoner is one of the best luxury choices for you. As you save time and money on travelling. Also, the service is really good. The staffs including reception staffs, house keeper and so on were nice and helpful. They would help you to solve the problems when you were living there. The breakfast at the ground floor is fantastics, but honestly, expensive is the biggest dislike thing of the breakfast.

The standard room called the king room is a little bit narrow. The drain of the shower room once clogged and the design of the basin was too low for customers. Everytime I wash my face, the water just spilled everywhere. Moreover, I think fruits should be provided for each room everyday not just the first day.
