Location excellent 8 mins walk to Baron's court station. Breakfast buffet was an excellent spread. Room (in loft) was very spacious and very clean.

Made several calls to reception to notify them of late arrival and on street parking nearby, but it was always engaged and did not ring back. Not an issue in the end! Breakfast was included in our booking, but was advised cooked breakfast was an additional gbp10per person, so we just had the buffet.

A fabulous place to stay, lots of history and character, staff are friendly and helpful. It was also close to the tube station and lots of restaurants and a fab high street whilst still remaining quiet.

Nothing. Loved our stay.

I came with my two adult kids on a vacation. We loved the aesthetics of St. Paul’s Hotel. The elegance and style of the hotel. Our hotel room was beautiful & charming along with its personal major history of the hotel structure made it even more interesting before we even started touring London. The very comfortable beds and clean room had style. Our bathroom was very clean and the marble-like bathroom floor was comfortably heated every morning. (WOW! Loved that!) want that back home in California! 😀 We have never felt that before at a hotel stay in the very cold winter time. Complimentary coffee and tea in our room added a great value to cost as we are tea drinkers every morning and evening. Housekeepers were welcoming and diligent with making sure our room was perfectly clean, adequate towels replaced when needed and nothing was personally removed of ours when we returned from touring the city. Comes with a safe also and it worked. Felt safe in the room and at home. The hotel staff were very kind, informative and courteous. Greeted us with a warm welcome and checked in by Adam on the first day. He was great in greeting us and helping our family through our stay until our last day we left. (One week stay) Radania (sorry if I mispelled your name) was kind and patient with what we needed for our room & helped make our stay a great memory for us as well. Many thanks to you both and the staff at reception and management. Breakfast was delicious tasting and the food and beverages was fresh every morning. The staff that served us (Frederico and the other kind gentleman) working during our stay was always on point in serving us with a smile and looked after the buffet table to make sure everything was perfect. The Dining sitting area has a beautiful elegant decor and lovely to sit and dine in.

Nothing to complain about.

My stay at St Paul's Hotel in London was an exceptional experience, marked by a series of positive attributes that made my visit both comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself boasts a commendable list of pros, setting it apart from many other accommodations in the city. Room Comfort: The room provided was not only comfortable but well-appointed, catering to all my needs during the stay. Exquisite Breakfast: The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Staff Excellence: The staff at St Paul's Hotel were very courteous and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Charming Architecture: The hotel's very nice old building adds a touch of historical elegance, enhancing the overall atmosphere and experience. Ideal Location: Its location proved to be incredibly convenient for attending an event at a nearby facility, making my logistics smooth and stress-free. Underground Accessibility: Easy access to the underground network allowed for hassle-free exploration of the city. Bar Ambiance: The in-house bar provided a cozy and inviting space to unwind after a day's activities. Thoughtful Amenities: The availability of chargers with UK connectors for loan was a thoughtful touch, greatly appreciated for international travelers like myself.

Location Consideration: The only mild drawback noted was its distance from central London. For those planning frequent trips to the heart of the city, it may require some travel time. However, this was a minor concern compared to the overall positive experience.

The room was very nice, as is the hotel. For my particular purposes the location was excellent and the connection via the Piccadilly line to Heathrow and Piccadilly was very helpful. I had a charming view of a lovely communal garden from my room. Breakfast room was pleasant.

Generally carpeted rooms do not work too well for me. In this instance the carpet was not clean with many visible stains.

I can't even begin to explain what a gem this place is. After a long and arduous journey via Southern Rail, I arrived into a beautifully decorated Christmas-ised courtyard, prompting open-mouthed wonder at the effort gone into decorating this already stunning building. But the experience hadn't even begun. The lovely man at reception, Chris, upgraded my room to one of the three "loft rooms", which is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Despite plans to go out and explore the area, I ended up spending the vast majority of my three days either in my stunning room, or in the Melody Bar downstairs, which as an experience in itself really cannot be overstated. It is worth the trip to Saint Paul's for this bar alone, which specialises in whisk(e)y from around the world, and boasts a collection well into the thousands. But the selection is only half the experience, the other half from the knowledge and passion of Joel, the sort of whisky-sommelier, who will help you to find exactly the drink best for you. It was a wonderful journey of discovery and I can't wait to return. The staff at this establishment went out of their way to make this stay fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Thank you.

Nothing was wrong, I had a perfect stay.

A lovely gem of a place, perfectly placed for Hammersmith Apollo. Lovely room and very christmassy.

Breakfast was a little marred by an argument going on between another guest and management over whether breakfast was included in their voucher. A discussion that should have been settled in another room.

We were attending the Burn’s night whisky dinner at Melody’s, so we decided to stay at the hotel for the night. The hotel is a lovely little gem where you wouldn’t expect one. Nicely refurbished rooms and very hospitable staff. Not much cupboard space - OK for us as we were there for the night, but it will be a problem if staying for longer. Breakfast was included in our rate but unfortunately it was a rather poor affair - it reminded me of the breakfast one gets at the US motels. The a la carte menu looked interesting but they wanted to charge us an additional £10 per head if we ordered from it. It’s better to book a room without breakfast and then order from the a la carte menu.

I booked a double room for my parents visiting, as last time they came we had a terrible overall experience at the hotel they were staying (also located nearby). I have always loved this hotel as it has such a beautiful and welcoming exterior, but it has been an absolute surprise from start to finish! From the Christmas decorations, to visiting the Melody's bar/restaurant (the food was delicious and we will do the Whisky tasting next time) and just how comfortable and spacious the room was. Would also like to thank George, doing the night shift at reception, for taking care of my parents so well knowing their English speaking is not great, you are a star.

There is not a single detail I did not like from this hotel, so far so good! Also has a great location as Hammersmith station is just 5-10 minutes away.

Fantastic boutique hotel, full of history. Really beautiful building with lovely decor inside. Our room was very comfortable and cosy, quite unique. Breakfast was good, could have been more choice but everything was fresh! Location was perfect for us, close to Eventim Apollo. We had a great stay and hope to stay again!

Would have been good to have some hot and more varied food options at breakfast, considering we had paid an additional price to have it. Was only continental but fresh pastries were delicious. Signal wasn’t great on TV. Everything else was perfect!
