Fantastic hostel - the beds are these proper wooden things with curtains and lights, so you have privacy and they don't shake horribly when you use them. Staff are super friendly, and discount on the drinks is fantastic.

There's no kitchen - this is sad! I realise they want you to eat in the bar, but for a place clearly catered towards backpackers, a small microwave/kettle would have been nice. The "common area" also seems so just be the extra seating for the bar.

great location of the hostel, just a few steps from Liverpool st. station. Perfect gateway for filghts from/to Standsted Airport. Clean an comfortable facilities, thanks to the curtain you really got some privacy in the dorm. The beds are equiped with a lamp and an USB-charging port. The breakfast was decent. There is a friendly pub downstairs, which is great to socialize. Happy hour prices are quite affordable. I can definitely recommend this place!

They charge you to rent a towl. Unfortunately no more welcome drink after 11 pm. Cleaning lady could me slightly more respectful when doing the showers.

Everything was great, the staff were really nice! The beds had a charging point and also usb-c and normal usb charging ports which was really handy! Everything was honestly really really good!

Only thing I’d change is how loud the doors are opening and closing - I didn’t have an issue with it because I’m a reasonably deep sleeper, but it was just difficult trying to be quiet for the other people sleeping when you’re going through the doors. Honestly it wasn’t a massive issue as everyone was pretty accepting, but yeah, if there was one thing I could change it would really only be that

The bed was very comfy and spacious. The toilets and showers were right next to the bedroom, and they were always clean. The breakfast was very complete for a modest price. The pub downstairs is reasonably cheap for London, and they have cask ales! They finish their service early, so no problem for sleeping. Location is amazing, few steps from Liverpool street and Moorgate.

There is no kitchen. Depending how crowd is the pub, the clients might block the access to the check in desk, and you might wait a little.

Friendly, helpful staff, location (although beware of the directions as given by Google maps which were very confusing). I was able to find an alternate, more simple way to get to and from Liverpool Street Station. Check-in's at 15:00, and I arrived before then, so the woman at Reception very kindly let me keep my small backpack in their holding area. Was extremely pleased at how clean and fresh-looking the bathroom/toilet were. Loved the curtains for each bunk; gave a sense of privacy which is very important for me, especially if staying at a hostel. Loved the fact that an all-female room was provided. The security measures were good too. The pub area is extremely busy and noisy, but you couldn't hear it once inside the room. Was there for just 1 night so can't say anything about the quality of the food (left too early to have breakfast there). Overall, I'd give it a 9.

No fridge or kettle and tea provided in the room. But it's only a minor "didn't like."

Couldn’t fault this for a hostel. Easy check in experience and nice clean rooms with privacy curtains on all the beds to have your own little unit. Showers clean and helpful staff. Travelled as a solo woman and felt more than comfortable in the mixed dorms.

Just to note you check in and out at the bar downstairs so do just leave yourself a bit of time if it’s at busy times. Also there isn’t really a communal area as stated. There’s a function room but that is sometimes in use from the bar

Really enjoyed staying here compared to the 3 other hostels I've tried in London so far. Showers were the best I've across for hostels. Clean + modern styling throughout up to the charging + light stations for each bed.

I booked 3 nights there and was turned away the first night because I didn't have a drivers license or passport. I have a citizens card. All other hostels accept citizens card. So I had to go back the next day and buy another night and couldn't recoup those extra days I was still booked in for. You need a passport to get a citizens card...

The location is perfect. It’s Zone 1 and there are 4 metro lines only 5 min walk from the hostel. The neighbourhood looked like a business centre so I felt safe (people mostly come there to work). Also there are plenty places to eat. The hostel is on the second floor, and the first floor is a pub with nice beer. Btw, no noise from the pub so don’t worry about your sleep.

Could be a little bit more cleaner in showers. Also, the door to the room made horrible noises.

Great location, just a few minutes away from Liverpool Street station but without any traffic. Having pub just downstairs is also nice :) Atmosphere was very friendly and the equipment of the hostel was just what I expected. Quite lot of pubs, restaurants and cafes in walking distance (10 minutes).

The lockers below the beds were kind of squeaky, so getting your stuff while others are sleeping is not the easiest thing to do, but not a big issue. They're quite big on the other hand, so you'll fit even regular luggage in there.

The hostel is above a bar, which doubles as reception. It is a very short walk from Liverpool Street station. I was there only a few hours, as I needed a place to rest my head before a very early plane from Stansted airport. For this purpose, it worked very well.

The bar closes early and there is no service in the community room. Maybe they should have had a vending machine. I had a huge suitcase, which was a struggle to get up the steep, narrow stairs.
