Andaz has a fantastic location right by Liverpool Street station. Lovely staff. Amazing smell as you walk in the door. Luxurious feel. Comfy beds.

Payment system is always a bit annoying as you have to authorisation fee of the entire night on check in and then balance on check out. As two separate items. This adds up to a lot of money if you have a debit card as it’s an expensive hotel. And the authorisation doesn’t come back for days. They should just let you pay the night in full on check in so you are only paying once and make this clear. So 5 days later I’m still waiting for over £400 to come back onto my card. Not sure why they do it this way. It’s the only thing I found annoying. They couldn’t just use that transaction. They wanted me to pay again separately and for me to wait for that one to come back on my card. It still hasn’t.

Room was a great size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Amazing location, super easy to get to from Heathrow, and not very touristy. There was a note about construction near the hotel and potential noises, but we heard absolutely nothing. The daily wine hour is an awesome treat, and the staff was nothing but wonderful to us. The hairdryer in the room wasn’t working and they promptly dropped off a working one for us. Truly loved our stay and this is now my go-to hotel next time I’m in London.

The shower drain was a bit slow, so sometimes the water would pool and overflow into the bathroom floor.

The location. Very centrally located. Literally outside the Liverpool Street Station, which is one of the key tube stations in London. Allows for great connectivity. The decor and the vibe of the hotel is also very nice. Clean, modern, contemporary. The rooms also are decent in size and comfortable.

The room I stayed in had one window but it overlooked an internal area. Because of this there was no light in the room and it made the whole appeal a little dark and sad. Some of the rooms have a street view so if you get those, you are lucky. Otherwise all good.

location is great. beds are extremely comfortable. room was very spacious. staff was extremely supportive and helpful.

considering the price per night, breakfast was really modest, cleaning was not great all the time (there was dust in some places that was never actually cleaned for example), the minibar had just 2 waters, one juice and 2 cokes. also, kids are not allowed in the hotel bars after 18:00 which i find rather stupid as we travel a lot and this was the only place we ever had this issue. we stayed in Hyatt Berlin and it was a totally different experience, in a good way.

Well everything was fine until check-out time, where i was faced several strange things, first of all i was fasting during my stay, i kindly asked to bring me a paid breakfast at 3:30 am which hotel did but i was charged each time for a hotel service, second issue was a noisy sound when you use bathroom, also at the desk in my bill was a charges for a restaurant which i didn't even saw there, how come in such hotel so many mistakes? Also hotel didn't provide us with invoice even if we asked in both ways (hard copy or email) and i requested a help from booking.com and after that we received it. so these several things just smashed everything during our stay.

Staff were great. Really helpful and friendly. Kinda expect this at a 5* hotel but they have a laid back feel there which we liked, not stuffy at all. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Outside and in. They've done a really good job creating a modern feel whilst maintaining heritage of the building. Decor of the room was cool. Great bathroom. Bed was amazing - had a great nights sleep before an early start.

Booked via booking.com with discount - was a very good price compared to normal (£265) but was given a dark internal view room which wasnt exactly big. The hotel itself would be a 10 if the room had a bit more space. Still managed to get cases on the floor (just).

Hotel is beautiful mixing old and new, artsy, glamorous trendy, people were very nice and helpful. It felt safe and the walking to main points of interest was all doable by walking or Uber/taxi. We did not, but lots of ppl biked.

Mainly that Siri did not give the same names of roads and with the many roads here and there, it got us frustrated till we figured it out. Need signs to be more visual for me. Trying to find names on buildings or you-are-here maps was awful at times. But, made it! Note the first time that’s been a minor problem.🙂

My wife and my daughter stayed there and they told me how lovely the hotel and staff were in every single aspect of their stay. special thanks to the manager and front desk/reception professionals which were always supportive and nice.

Great hotel but being next to Liverpool Street Station and a busy police station meant that it was occasionally noisy. Location next to Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane was fun and it's a 20 minute walk to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, and Borough Market.

Would have preferred a quieter room, but not too bad.
