Location was great, staff were friendly and always on hand to help, view from window was lovely, we didn’t have breakfast but the outdoor area to access it looked beautiful - overall very good!

There was no elevator, the tv stopped working midway through stay (we weren’t there much however and so didn’t bother staff to come fix it), the AC was extremely weak and the shower head holder was broken and therefore had created a huge crack in the floor of the shower where it had fallen off previously, meaning that the issue had been like that for longer than our stay.

Breakfast was very good with choice of yoghurt and fruit. Croissants. Toast. Danish. Fruit. Hot and cold drinks helping yourself between 7:30-930. Rooms very modern and clean and bathroom rainfall shower was wonderful. Staff pleasant and could leave bags

Lack of spoons, only sticks whixh bend and go soft. Spoons would be better. Did not like how close bathroom to bed was, with a sliding door as very tight. And felt toilet was right next to bed.

Our room was small, but very nice, comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes by subway from the center.

The only disappointment was the breakfast - very small choice of food for the price of £15 for two people. Also based on email communication, I requested a birthday surprise for my boyfriend - a bottle of prosecco for the room + a towel swan as suggested by the staff, but unfortunately nothing was waiting for us in the room. I don't consider it a negative, if it were important, I would ask the staff on the spot, even if it wouldn't be a surprise. Just a small warning for the future for the staff - communicate more carefully with the guest

This was the second time I stayed here and was a bit different than last time (first time 1st floor and this time 3rd floor). Excellent location near Barons Court metro station. The room was similar, comfortable bed and clean sheets, overall clean bathroom and shower. Nice window, TV, hairdryer and kettle with free coffee and tea. The staff is very kind and polite

The room was very small for 2 people Poor Wi-Fi signal in the 3rd floor Bathroom needs some maintenance (faucet and flush toilet)

Great location, tube was about an eight minute walk away. Right next to a lovely park too. Breakfast is provided for an additional fee. The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. So comfortable that I actually fell asleep and missed the concert I'd travelled for (lol). For solo female travellers - felt very safe here and the area is also very safe! Would 1000% recommend.

The only thing is that there were some communication issues between me and the guy on front desk when I asked for clarification on whether the breakfast was all-you-can-eat or not, but this was an extremely minor detail. Didn't impact my stay at all and he was lovely, very accommodating and friendly from beginning to end.

I liked everything about the property was clean well looked after and everything was in the high standard, but the only thing I didn’t like the breakfast was really poor. It did not look like a hotel breakfast. It looks like a hostel breakfast

The breakfast was really bad. I was really disappointed when I saw that they did not even have a juice. It was only conflicts. Lidl and Aldi complex and the window in my room was basically an old window old style window and it was leaking air through all night so I was a bit cold. I even had a air condition on the high temperature

Despite having a small single room, there were tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable bed, as well as a decent shower. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

I was on the third floor and I don't recall there being a lift. Thankfully I'm in good health and didn't have to carry a heavy case up the stairs. It would be an issue for less able-bodied people (although I'm sure the staff would be happy to help). I'm guessing that, due to being on the third floor, the water pressure in the shower wasn't that strong. Not the end of the world though. Also, the TV wasn't working. Not sure if it was due to flat batteries. Again, not the end of the world for me.

The property was charming and well appointed. Clean spaces, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Great that reception was 24 hours. Requested something special for our anniversary, and (for a fee) we received beautifully folded swan shaped towels, rose petals and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Very pleased with our choice to stay here.

The bathroom was very small, which is not a problem in itself, but there was one hook to hang a wet towel and nowhere to hang hand towels or clothes. Also no other hooks or hanging space in the room except the wardrobe, which is not an ideal place to hang a wet towel. We had paid for a bottle of Prosecco in the room to celebrate our anniversary, only to arrive and find that it was left on the side board without an ice bucket or chiller. So having been delayed by weather and traffic, it had been sitting out for almost an hour by the time we arrived. A small thing but a little annoying.

The hotel was good. Lovely and clean although the room quite small for 3 however it was fine for 2 nights and we only really slept as we were out in the day. The shower is one of the best hotels showers I've used. Great that they cleaned the room each day when we were only there for 2 nights. I didn't expect that! The only negatives were the hoovering at 7 early morning, our room was near to reception so could hear people coming in and out and it's probably further out of London than I would have liked to be. It was however great for getting to earls court for the BBC experience, which was excellent!

Early morning hoovering and quite a trek into London

The staff was welcoming and there were no big problems during our stay. The place is well connected to central London by underground. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable.

Only a few things worth mentioning. Walls are paperthin. Every time someone walked in the hallway next or above the room, we could hear it really well. Also when the TV was turned on in the next room, the sound came trough the walls really clearly. This fortunately did not disturb us too much as other guests were considerate of others. When we arrived, the room felt really damp. Turning on the AC helped but the moisture probably comes from the lack of ventilation in bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the bedroom filled up with steam.
