Really nice hotel - bed super comfortable - people at the reception and restaurant really kind. Good location, near nice restaurants, underground.

Room a bit small. They do not clean and do the beds everyday if not requested (reason and excuse Covid). For the price of a night, we should not be asking to have more water and ask to do the bed

The Hoxton is great! Fantastic location - just 3 Tube stops from Euston - and perfectly located in one of the most interesting neighbourhoods in London. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with the added bonus of being at the rear of the building - hence exceptionally quiet. The staff? Absolutely fabulous - from check-in to doormen! We ate in the restaurant and had late drinks in the bar on Saturday night and despite being promised a DJ who didn't show up, the atmosphere was vibey with great cocktails to boot! We'd definitely book again.

Nothing!

The room was excellent and the restaurant had a great menu and served good food. Staff throughout the hotel were helpful and courteous and were present without being in-your-face. We ordered the mini breakfast and it came on time and was perfectly adequate - some orange juice, an apple and a fresh croissant. Good value for money actually.

There's nothing really to dislike about this hotel. I suppose the only thing was that daily cleaning was -on-demand, rather than done automatically which meant one ran out of coffee and milk and there was no clear indication one could ask for more at reception - although it turns out water, coffee etc was all available if you ask. So I think the hotel does itself a disservice by not mentioning at check-in that if you run out of 'stuff' just ask because it won't automatically be done.

The place is vibrant all throughout the day and filled with life, given it's a co working space in the morning and then you have the bar and the Hoxton Grill restaurant which is busy all evening. And the staff, I can't emphasis enough on how much it was a pleasure dealing with them and how helpful and friendly they were, it was like having a chat with a friend that is more familiar with the place than it was dealing with a host.

The house keeping arrangement could be a bit of a pain, but not complaining majorly here, as you have to book the timing and inform them in advance of your preferred timing, they wouldn't just come and knock your door.

The room is of a reasonably good size. modern, clean, quiet (although on the main street) and the bed was very comfortable (actually spoiling). The Grill room is a reasonably good restaurant for dinner. The quality of the espresso was exceptionally good for London. The safe-box in the room is of a good size.

I expected a larger cupboard for cloths - but it was sufficient for a 1 night stay, and a stand for the suitcase (it was a large and heavy one) and it was not easy for me to bend down for its content (I am 85 yrs old).

The rooms and bathrooms look really nice. The beds are very comfy and the location of the hotel is fantastic. We always book Hoxton Hotels as you know what you are getting in terms of style and comfort.

We stayed two nights and our room was not 'turned down' as it usually would be each day. I don't mind reusing the towels and don't expect these to be replaced each day, but no one had been in to empty the bins or make up our bed, as you would usually expect at a hotel. Especially when paying the amount the Hoxton charges.

The location is spot on and easy to find. Liked the rustic/industrial decor, everywhere was clean, staff were very friendly, allowed early check in, free alcoholic drinks in our room, birthday messages in our room on mirror and a birthday note to my partner, free token to use their photo booth in the lobby for some instant prints. Products in room were all eco friendly which I loved. Gave us free water at reception when we checked in too.

We couldn’t work the room’s aircon, and it was 30 degrees that day, so was very hot over night which interrupted our sleep.

room: clean location: ok, nice breakfast: ok we'd liked the roof terrace & restaurant very much - people were very nice to book a table for us although it was quite crowdy - tx for that

room: normal & clean - however hairdryer would be nice to be able to use the hairdryer IN bathroom with mirror - sitting on the bed with the dryer wasn't comfortable WIFI: slow location, clean but far from centre - needed taxi - however, we knew that up front

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Hoxton Shoreditch! The atmosphere was incredible, the design of the whole hotel had a Wes Anderson vibe, even the chill music from the vintage radio once I entered my room just set the ton for the whole experience. Attention to detail, cleanliness & comfort, amazing people, exceptional vibe and a rooftop to die for! I will be revisiting for sure :)

The breakfast was a la carte, the food was good -at all restaurants of the hotel- but I generally prefer buffets for breakfast!

Walking distance from Liverpool Street Station as well as lots of restaurants and cafés. Supermarket right across the road. Love the design of the Hoxton Shoreditch. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly quiet (apart from the whirl from several air condition units in front of my window)

No picturesque views this time around. View of offices, about 5-10 metres across the back yard, and a number of air condition units. Kept my blinds closed, so as not to have the office looking in. I wasn't expecting a very big room in London. but having to climb across my suitcase to open/close the window was a bit impractical. If staying with company I would prefer a proper door to the bathroom. For €300-350/night I would have expected a bit more.
