Room was great, staff were great, especially the bar staff in the evening. We had complimentary pints :)

Bathrooms need updating. Single room beds are together, that's not good at all, maybe ok for women and homosexuals.

Fantastic location, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and serviced daily.

Altough our room was perfectly comfortable and clean and modern, parts of the hotel could definitely do with a little bit of upgrading. The corridor decor was cold and wasn't very welcoming and the flooring was noisy and felt like you were walking on cardboard!! It certainly wasn't what we expected given the location and look of the hotel from the outside! We were told on arrival we'd been given a room upgrade but this did not appear to be the case. We were happy with our room nonetheless so didn't question it.

Hotel room was spotless and very comfortable. Perfectly adequate for one night. We were at an event at Albert Hall so location was brilliant. Breakfast was good BUT there were no hot plates for the hot breakfast and bacon/egg etc. were actually quite cold (heat had gone out of them). If they had been piping hot I would have given you 10/10. Otherwise all good.

Cooked breakfast was not warm enough and the serving plates were cold. Bacon and egg in particular were cold, but saussages were hot so it was a funny combination but I was so hungry I didnt complain and overall it was tasty.

It was a nice hotel, very clean and good location for the Royal Albert Hall.

The room we were allocated was very small so the single beds were pushed together. We were mother and daughter so this wasn’t too much of a problem but I often travel with a friend and this would have been a problem. At check in we were not told the beds were pushed together and I made to point that this should have been made clear. I was told that the bedroom was small so there was no other way to have the beds. This is fine but it should have been mentioned. Also there was a large condensing unit outside the window which was running all night, so it was very noisy and we weee next door to the female toilets. It felt like we had been allocated the smallest and cheapest room in the hotel. For £195 per night I didn’t think it that cheap.

Excellent location for The Royal Albert Hall, just a short walk around the corner The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was perfect We ate in the bar, very nice menu and the food was good. The staff serving food and drink were friendly and efficient and remembered it was our anniversary which took me by surprise. The reception was good, we were greeted immediately from our taxi, processed quickly checking in and out. No waiting. Breakfast was very good

One of the lifts was out of order for our stay which meant only one lift for the entire hotel. When we arrived we wanted to rest before evening out. Other rooms near us were being cleaned at the time and this was extremely noisy! Doors slamming vacuum cleaners and staff calling to one another down the corridor loudly. I felt more care could be taken to minimise noise while I appreciate they have work to do.

I travelled with my 94 year old mother, who arrived at the hotel on her mobility scooter. The staff were very helpful indeed, and very kind, efficient and friendly. The steps into the hotel were not a problem, as a very good ramp was quickly put in place whenever we needed it to access and leave the hotel. Her room was easy to reach and was big enough to park the mobility scooter in it without it being a nuisance. I had received very good advice from reception before booking her room. On departure I received help getting mum, the mobility scooter, and our luggage into my car, without having to ask. Excellent care

Perfect location for the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. Our room was a good size, clean with a nice comfy king size bed, nice big and fluffy towels, gowns and slippers provided if needed. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and it was kept well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was in the basement and was so hot, the radiator was on full blast and the fan had been disabled so we couldn’t put it on to cool the room down. We had to turn the radiator off in the end. Hairdryer was supplied but there was only one plug socket and no mirror in the main room so had to dry my hair blind as no plug socket in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, good location. The room was quite large for London (they are usually pretty small). Room was in excellent condition and clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The hotel was on the pricier side but I guess for that part of London it was in line with competitors. Swift check in and checkout.

The mini bar prices are obscene - £5 for a can of coke? £4.50 for a chocolate bar?! They're having a laugh. I also didn't like that there was an unsightly large service trolly (towels, toiletries etc) right outside my room door on arrival on the evening (with no apparent staff using it) and it was still there the following morning. I would think unless they were being used the corridors should be kept clear in case of a fire.

The location was perfect for a concert that we were going to at The Royal Albert Hall. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The accommodation was pleasant and clean. Lovely big fluffy towels and bathrobes too. We had breakfast one of the mornings, which was amazing. A great selection and very good value for money. Highly recommended it! Natural history museum is really close and the nearest tube station is only a short walk away. Would highly recommend it!.

There was a bit of noise from the room above at night, but on the whole the hotel was really nice.

The hotel was a real surprise, the staff were amazing especially Mohammed the porter. They couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and did not disappoint. We asked for bathrobes and slippers and they provided them.

Our only minor disappointment was there were 3 of us and we only got 2 packets of biscuits, on the second night the biscuits and water were not replaced, we we asked we were told you only get them the first night. However they did bring us more. The room was low on plug sockets and no full length mirror. These are minor points and I would stay there again as over all it was really good.
