The bridge view from the room was just incredible. Breath taking ! The hotel bar and restaurant are also wonderful. The food and drinks choice were great and exceeded expectations ! Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the wallpaper are peeling away. Draw handles were loose and we had black mould in the shower and window sill. The bathroom grout could use refreshing, considering the price of the room these things should be addressed.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Great area and the view of tower bridge from the room was spectacular. Staff were so helpful. The Jack Daniels bar also looked out onto Tower Bridge and was great for a little nightcap.

The bathroom, particularly shower stall was pretty ordinary and quite a high bath to climb over, but good water pressure.

I have often seen The Tower Hotel come up as an option when looking for a convenient hotel for access to the City and/or London Bridge area. So I was more than delighted to have an opportunity to stay this week. The property is functional with the rooms offering a comfortable and relaxing environment for both work and leisure. The staff were friendly and efficient. So overall I was very pleased with the hotel and would certainly consider returning again.

If I was pushed for a negative I would pick just a couple of small things. One, the decor in the rooms is a little dated and could do with a refresh and two would be a lack of plugs next to the bed. There were a lot in the bedroom but none actually next to the bed for a phone charger or laptop etc. But I suspect the original design predated our need for access to technology all the time.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good every day. The Concierge was very helpful and gave good advice. There were adequate lifts, so there was not a lot of waiting for one to arrive. The people staying at the hotel were generally friendly and considerate.

We arrived early but had to wait until 4:30 for a room. The TV had a mind of its own and shut off every few minutes and then turned itself on again to BBC 1. We called every day for three days to have it repaired or replaced but nothing was done. A maintenance person eventually came, but he didn't repair it. The AC didn't work and when we complained, we were offered a fan. The next day we got an "air cooler" that had a filthy screen in it that we washed ourselves. Housekeeping never gave us Camomile tea and when we called the Front Desk, we received six packets of English Breakfast Tea an hour later. The connected restaurant "Vicinity" is only so-so.

The location is fantastic, approximately 10mins walk to Tower Hill underground station. Tower bridge is literally next to the hotel, and St Katherine’s Dock is behind the hotel with plenty of cute independent cafes and restaurants. Tesco is just 5 mins walk to get your basic amenities or snacks if you don’t want to pay hotel prices. The view and location are 10/10.

Whilst I have no general complain about the room as I did pay for the cheapest room (standard sleeper - room facing the dock), I struggled to find any heater or thermostat in the room to increase the temperature so we had a pretty cold night as it was snowing the day before. I was only lucky to have brought a hot water bottle during the stay which saved the day.

The Tower Hotel is located between the River Thames, St Katharine Docks and alongside the Tower of London with views of the iconic Tower Bridge. Our room faces the Thames River and a portion of the Tower Bridge which we appreciated. It was a blue moon phenomenon boosting an unparalleled picture-perfect view. The Tower of London (and the Crown Jewels) and Tower Hill station which offers excellent transport connections were a short walk which is convenient. The reception and concierge staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. There is a choice of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was generous and offered good choices. Overall the hotel is comfortable, convenient and a great choice.

One of the most impressive things about this place is definitely the localization. The view of the tower bridge is fantastic and you can quickly access the tower hill station. The breakfast is good. The service and the hotel crew are really nice either. The hotel in general is a really nice option for travelers.

The furniture and the bathroom need to be remodeled. They look old and it does not follow the hotel infrastructure. When you arrive everything looks modern and new, but the rooms do not follow the same energy. The beds are also problematic. I don't have any problem sleeping in a small one, but they have problems when you sleep. Again, they look old. In my humble opinion, they should use their strategic localization to enhance the hotel's experience.

Room cleaning people made the beds and changed the towels even though we were there for four nights. They really are exceptional. The people on the desk are so helpful. The location is great, so near to Tower Bridge, the Bridge Theatre is just across within walking distance, and there is even an Ivy Restaurant next door. to the theatre. Taxis are outside the hotel door waiting. Nearby is the Tower of London, again easily within walking distance.

There needs to be signs up to the bar as it is on the first floor, along with the toilet. If there are any signs, they need to be bigger. I couldn't see any. There is a self service bar like a supermarket checkout by the reception. Wouldn't bother with that.

The staff at reception are really friendly, welcoming and efficient. They had all the details of our previous stays at the hotel at their fingertips and were able to personalise how they dealt with us. The room had an amazing view of Tower Bridge and the Shard.

We noticed a few patches of mould on the bath. One of the warderobe doors was hanging off its hinges when we opened it. We didn't bother reporting these faults to staff, as they are the sort of things which should immediately be picked up by the cleaners. We stayed two nights and our bedroom was not made up during our visit, so the supply of coffee, tea, milk etc was not replenished whilst we were there. This reduced service may be a hangover from Covid but other good hotels do seem to provide this service now.

Great location and lovely staff who were very helpful. Had a good meal in the Vicinity restaurant. Nice that we had a supply of bottled water daily as well as tea and coffee.

There seemed to be an issue checking us in for some reason to do with room allocation. It took about 20 minutes to ger key.but it did have a view of Tower Bridge when we finally got in. Rooms are very tired, especially the bathroom. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, wobbly toilet seat, extractor fan not working, and mould on ceiling. The shower was not very modern, over bath, and ran hot and cold. Bed was a little too soft and lumpy for us. Have stayed in nicer rooms. The communal areas were more modern and bright and airy.
