Apartment was cleaned and had all the necessities. Security system was very good and building was very safe. Restaurants and groceries are available within the walking distance.

They charge GBP500 as cash deposit. I think GBP 200 should be sufficient. Having said that they have refunded the amount on our check out time.

The place was clean and modern. Everything worked, beds were good, everyone slept well. We had lots of hot water in the bathrooms, no problems. Kitchen was spacious, but the cupboards were mostly empty. Still, we lacked nothing. Never heard noise from the street or the neighbours. Our own private place in London.

I had a 14 year old with me who was to use the sofa bed in the living room. However, he is as tall and heavy as an adult and ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor as the sofa was too short for him, and the provided travel bed was barely holding him up.

Really clean and modern facilities with generous room sizes

When we arrived at the property, the manager said we needed a £500 cash security deposit, even though nothing was mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. We didn’t have that amount of cash, so a smaller amount was taken. We got the deposit back at the end of our stay, just would have been better if there was greater transparency.

Very nice quiet place near Tower Bridge. Nice host who was easy to contact via Whats App. Check in went smoothly and the housekeeper was very nice. A fairly quiet place (apart from some noise on Saturday night from the pub next door) which we really liked.

The £500 cash deposit is a bit of a problem. But we were able to pay it in euros and got it back the evening before we left. However, it would be nicer to have the option of paying the deposit by card. The flat was equipped with everything except a hairdryer, which would have been good.

plenty of space and clean apartment

the extra bed and the sofa was worn out. the living room needed a new rug and a new table next to the sofa plus a new sofa. also the dishwasher needed cleaning inside, we didn’t use it.

Excellent location for easy and efficient access to the city. The apartment was immaculately clean, the facilities were good and the host was responsive and attentive. The iron broke on the first night and a new one was delivered within 10 minutes of making the call. Overall experience exceeded our expectation.

The £500 cash damages deposit was a bit annoying as had to find an ATM at the end of a very long journey. We got it back the night before we left as we were leaving early morning. There were no problems with communication or getting the deposit back.

Most important for us: it was very clean, with white and quality laundry, which was changed every 2 days. Location is at the edge between zones 1 and 2, at 5 minutes is Tower Bridge. It is central, quiet and safety at the same time. The street is parallel with Lemon Street where there is an Amazon Fresh and a Sainsbury's Market. The apartment is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living is in open space style and in the kitchen corner we found a microwave, an induction plite, an electric oven, a kettle, a refrigerator and a washing machine for dishes. All was functional. Also, it is a flat tv, wifi connected and we used our netflix accounts on it. Wifi signal was acceptable for London context. To charge our mobiles we used tv's usb ports, but also we bought an adaptor in european style for sockets. The washing machine for clothes was functional and it has the drying option. It was very useful for us because we had very small luggages for 7 days.

Overall, our stay at the apartment was exceptional. It is a 5 to 7 minutes walk from Aldgate East underground 🚇 station from where one could link to other parts of London. Shops are near by the apartments for essentials. Quiet area, spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. Free WiFi, overseer of the apartment Mr Mehdi was very good. Explained everything. Price was reasonable.

On one of the beds, the sheets had stain marks.. The apartment could do with having toilet roll holders by the toilets..

The apartment, which was in a clean condition, had a luxurious feel to it and was fully equipped with all the items required for a short stay, including a dish washer, washing machine and dryer. I was sceptical about the condition of the mattress after reading several reviews online. When checking in, I mentioned this to the reception, who assured me that all mattresses had been replaced with new mattresses. I found the mattress to be very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, with all the amenities and transport links situated within a walking distance.

Walking distance from Aldgate East Underground Station. Walking distance from mini markets. Coffee shop opposite property. Pub close by. Apartment well kept. Receptionist very polite and helpful. He promptly took care of anything we needed in the apartment.

Common areas and lift of the apartment building need replacement of fitted carpets due to unpleasant odour.
