Friendly efficient staff, everywhere clean and tidy, great rooms, comfortable and have every facility you need from a hotel. Breakfasts amazing with staff who go above and beyond to cater for your wishes! Extra crispy bacon was provided on request 1st day and on 2nd day staff recognised me and asked if it was required again! What a service! Best ever from catering staff, (especially Diane, Shirley and Sally who were 10/10 there for guests) Best hotel in Manchester for all round fantastic experience from arrival to departure. Location is also great for easy access to everywhere around Manchester. 100% will stay here again.

Comfortable beds, spacious clean rooms, great location for the Northern Quarter and central Manchester. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast.

Given the room was large and spacious I found it really frustrating there was nowhere to put anything!! A tiny chest of drawers just one side of the bed, (which had a safe in one drawer, a hairdryer in another, leaving one tiny drawer for 2 people to share). No space to put a sponge bag in the bathroom, a tiny fold down desk. I understand that the room has been designed with minimal furniture to keep the costs down, but a decent size desk and a couple of decent shelves - maybe even a drawer or two would help!!!

great breakfast spread, the atmosphere was pleasant, tables nicely spaced, staff there to help, adequate drinks and food was replenished when needed. I felt comfortable as did my family.

The key system was not working for 24 hours and we had to wait for staff to let us into the rooms and up and down lifts. But they had a good attitude and we didnt really notice the concern .. Agnes was great, located our family and made sure we knew when each other arrived, Agnes was pleasant and professional and even though the key system was not working ensured that the stress was not passed onto us.

Really loved the decor of the room, clean modern and stylish. The bed was comfy and the facilities were exactly what we needed. Everyone really like the rooms. The breakfast was very good and there are decent vegan options. All the staff from reception to breakfast and cleaning teams were very helpful. A big thank you to MC who helped me on arrival deal with my tricky group booking and also checked on me periodically over the stay to make sure everything was going well. Would very much recommend this hotel to others.

It is on the outskirts of the Northern Quarter so just be aware when setting aside time to get to activities and food and drink. However there are some nice places nearby especially Kerb the natural wine shop/bar!

We should said 80% are great and 20% are not great reasons why because breakfast and pillows. Breakfast is not nice taste (sorry for said that). Sausage are 50/50 half cooked and not enough more cooked, beans quick cold, plate should be warm/hot make breakfast good hot food. But unfortunately we must ate quick because breakfast become cold food quick 😣. I would like add to have frying egg but they’re only just scrambled egg not nice taste and also no add tomatoes 🙁. Night dinner are great foods 👍🏼. Bedroom are good but pillows are not good because feathers. I not good sleep well all 7 nights 😩. By the way all staffs people who work there in hotel are great and helpful us we happy with all them staffs 😁.

It was a lovely and comfortable stay. Agnes at the front desk was super welcoming and allowed us to check in about 2 and a half hours before the given time. The rooms were as big as the pictures which avoided us feeling cramped as there were both of us. The bathroom was sizeable and had all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was really amazing and couldn’t believe that was inclusive of the price. The range of options was extensive from waffles to regular English to pastries, juices, coffee, cheese, ham. I’m sure I’m forgetting some stuff but that alone made it worth the stay tbh. I would consider coming back when back in Manchester for sure!

Didn’t have much I didn’t like but only improvement I would make is to have some luxury toiletries instead of the nameless ones they have haha. I love the experience of trying luxury scented body wash I haven’t seen before or wouldn’t usually buy haha but it’s not necessarily a downvote. Rather a nice to have.

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and looked like they enjoyed their job. Room was clean and well presented. Shower was easy to use and good selection of towels were provided. WiFi service is excellent. Location is a short walk from good selection of restaurants and shops.

It seems a bit unfair to criticise as it's not something the hotel can control but worth noting for anyone who likes a view out of their window - the view isn't great, we were staying on the 6th floor which is opposite a block of residential flats that look a little weathered.

Really central location, 10-15 min walk to all busy areas. Staff were so friendly and gave us two free drinks on arrival and we were allowed to check in 5 hours early because we had an early flight. Breakfast was great, huge selection and the quality of the food was brilliant. Rooms were very big and bathroom was lovely. Hotel also had a gym which was more or less fully equipped with everything necessary. Would 100% recommend

AC wasn’t amazing and windows can’t be opened because of health and safety, room can get slightly hot at night time

The breakfast was lovely and included in the price, the staff were absolutely phenomenal. So friendly and let us check in early when dropping off our bags. The bartender recommended a beautiful rum which we really enjoyed and the lady who checked us in was so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was handy as we forgot to bring any.

The only small issue I’d say is worth bringing up was a small stain on the curtains, however it didn’t affect our trip at all but some guests may find it off putting.

The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done any more for us, very happy with the service. The accessible room, bathroom and all public areas were very clean and easy to navigate in my wheelchair, was especially pleased with the accessibility of the room and extra space to move my chair. The parking was secure and easy. The lifts were reliable and quick to arrive. Breakfast was varied and nice.

The room was too warm and the thermostat seemed to override any changes we made to a warmer temperature, air con was on and could not be turned off even though it didn’t make the room cooler, which dried us out and made me cough. The lack of an opening window was disappointing as this may have resolved the temperature issues very easily. The cooked breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was alright for complimentary. The rest of breakfast was good however, especially the waffles! I would have ideally liked more tea and coffee supplied in the room and bigger mugs would have suited me better. That said, I’m being picky!
