The location was great in the heart of the northern quarter. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Reception staff were very friendly. I would stay again and recommend to others wanting a city centre location. Not the cheapest for an overnight stay, but the price is reflected in apartment size.

There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Door off hinges on built-in wardrobe. The shower tray in en suite was very slow to drain, and the mechanical extraction took a long time to cleat steam. Doors to balcony from living space need adjusted, although double glazed road noise was clear to hear. Chains on window blinds are broken (which is common as they are not very robust).

It was just amazing, with all the amenities, comfiness, cleanliness, and exceptionally clean interior. There were many amenities which you normally dont find in other places like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hair dryer etc. Aside from these, the room was quite spacious. The entrance is safe and equipped with one tap smart lock, and there is an elevator too for easy access to the rooms on 2nd 3rd or 4th floors.

They never informed in ad about getting a security deposit of £200 which they actually collected from me at the reception, which is refundable, but still, after 3 days of my stay, I haven't received. The parking is also for separate payments. Intercom in the room wasn't working. Reception staff leave the hotel at 11pm and then there is nobody there at reception till the morning just in case you need anything.

Rang the bell, received in moments, quick transaction of a deposit, and straight up into the room. The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished, with a couple of basics like tea, washing up liquid, Iron etc. Big bed. Big TV. Good shower. Clean and tidy. Could easily stay there for a few days, no problem at all. Was quiet after pubs closed. Had a good sleep and was in no rush to leave. 11 am check out was great, so did some work and then popped my key in the box and left. The deposit was promptly returned with a confirmation and thank you message for leaving it clean and tidy. The chap who met me was great. Big smile, friendly.

It was all good. I would recommend it for singles, and couples.

good quality furnishings, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We appreciated the solid wood flooring, clean painted walls, and good quality showers, sinks, and coffee machine.

we arrived early, even before 12, but had communicated with the property and they had mentioned we might have early check in at 12pm for an extra fee. Well 12 came and went and there was no receptionist there. So we left our luggage there, also for a fee and came back at 3.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is a decent size with modern decor throughout. Both beds were really comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom and all thekitchen equipment was in good working order. The location is superb - right in the heart of the Northern Quarter.

As the apartment can accommodate 4 adults, there could have been a bit more cutlery and crockery - there were 3 glasses and 3 forks in the cupboards/drawers, which made Christmas Dinner a bit tricky!

All the people involved in our stay were so helpful and friendly, from registering the car for parking before we arrived (then cancelling again because we decided to get the train) to checking in then checking out. Upon checking out the lady couldn't have been more helpful, helping us with a separate matter that she went above and beyond with. The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped, we didn't need for anything. Really good location and comfy beds with good quality duvets and pillows. We stayed with our children (9&7) in a two bedroom apartment and they loved it too.

We liked everything! Just could do with bedside lamps in the room with single beds. My kids won't sleep in the dark so had to leave their bedroom door open with the hall light on. Seriously our only criticism and it's not a big one. Everything else was great!

The staff were really wonderful across the board and most accommodating. The residence so calm and peaceful throughout our stay and although our apartment faced the road this did not present a problem as we were on a higher floor. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower hot and wide enough for two! In the kitchen area we were provided with basic equipment with good quality china crockery. If you need more kitchen equipment you only need to ask. The shuttle bus called the Citadine provided free transport to the centre and was a five minute walk away.

Easy to access and obtain keys and a friendly host on arrival and departure he extended our check out and parking time which was really helpful. Car park round the corner. Great size apartment for 4 people to share lovely balcony view you could see all the hustle and bustle of people enjoying themselves! Value for money. Safe location. Central location, easy walk to all the shops, bars, clubs, transport links and even the stadiums very handy as we were in city to see Coldplay. Had a fab time and would definetly come back!

A couple of knobs missing from the cooker and the lights tripped due to one of the appliances but minor fixable things highlighted and sorted other than that no issues had everything you could need.

The location was perfect for us. We were attending an event at the AO Arena which was only a 10 minute walk. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Arndale Centre and other shops/ food places which was handy. The apartment was clean and tidy and the rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly and helped with booking the car park.

The balcony/ terrace felt slightly unsafe, the flooring is wooden planks, which were unsteady in the middle so we didn’t really use it.

The staff are brilliant the room’s excellent location is excellent can’t fault it

The only complaint is the check in time we Got to Manchester earlier morning and couldn’t check in until 3 in the afternoon and it was typical Manchester weather that morning is was a very wet one if the check in could even be moved to 12/1 o’clock I think that would benefit a lot of guest But I’d like to thank the staff who were the best especially the the lady that was at reception I never got her name but I will next time we are over thank you
