We loved the location , it was tranquil and relaxing , away from crowded areas. The staff were welcoming and helpful . The rooms were really comfortable with good facilities within , the beds very comfy . The food - we had Indian the first evening in the bar area, was excellent . The next evening we ordered the same Indian dish and it was dry and seemed to be yesterday’s leftover . The pizza - I’m a Vegetarian so could only order a 4 cheese pizza - which was bland and stodgy . When I asked for Tabasco to liven it up - it took the waiter over half an hour to bring the Tabasco and so to avoid it getting cold , I had eaten most of it . Not a nice dining experience for day 2 😞. Breakfast was great and loved eating it in the sunny gorgeous conservatory . Manager Karim, the receptionist and bar staff were polite , helpful and friendly . The pool and jacuzzi were well heated and we enjoyed the facilities and definitely would return to this lovely hotel .

The food in the bar ( dinner ) on Saturday 19th Aug was amazing - best Indian food ever ! The same dish on day 2 ( aloo palak) tasted like yesterday’s dish warmed up and was dry . It took the waiter over 30 mins to bring me a bottle of Tabasco on day 2 which was out of order as my food was half eaten by then to avoid it going cold

Staff extremely friendly and efficient, fast check in and room was as expected, this is our 4th visit this year and plan to return in October. Room and swimming pool as expected for a 4 star hotel dinner was outstanding, drinks very nice. Beds comfy and breakfast was outstanding. My wife, son and myself were spoiled for choice.

Nothing i can think of stands out, we would not return as often as we do if there was any issues with the hotel. Parking is easy due to ample parking, check in easy and staff are on the ball and cannot do enough to assist, rooms easy accessible due to lifts on both sides of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room service was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with great options and availability. We enjoyed the use of the pool.

We hadn't read about the age restriction for the pool so our 10-month-old was unable to enjoy the kid's pool. The kids were scared of the Fireworks on Friday night as it came as a surprise as they were just falling asleep. There was a wedding and it wasn't a big issue it just caught us off guard and it took us a little longer to get them both settled again and off to sleep.

The hotel in general was very clean room was absolutely a mascular I would give you 10 stars for the cleansing this of the hotel and your staff was so accommodating and polite and it is unfortunate about the restaurant area

Where my partner very disappointed at your restaurant. Wasn't much to choose from on the menu, some of the food on the plate wasn't cooked my tips were hard which put me off The Dip had too much oil in it which would be drained off at the table and waited sometime to have it replaced. I can't really say that there was one thing on the starter that caught my eye or on the menu or put in you very disappointed in the pudding menu. Starter I think complete the main and I didn't complete the pudding nor did my partner but we was charged still £140 pounds for the milk and the two drinks very disappointed. How to buy off the wood pigeon left the restaurant and speed it up in the bathroom then we'll sit later on in the evening you've been feeling quite nauseous all day today

Hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were excellent and staff extremely friendly. Used the cafe for lunch which was good and the breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable beds and rooms are spacious and well maintained

Room allocated was for Disabled, which was not really useful for disabled visitors. There was no separate shower, so would have to climb over into the bath. Shower Soap dispensers that you have to squeeze don't work as you need two hands to squeeze them resulting in soap landing the bath surround (pump would have been more practical) although separate soap was provided. Bath had no non-slip protection. Check the batteries on the remote controls for TV more regularly!

The room was thoughtfully designed and furnished . Food was excellent. Staff were attentive without being obsequious , obviously well trained. Good sized swimming pool.

Directions to the hotel were difficult to follow as the only road leading to the hotel was temporarily blocked by a flood .The Google map was insufficiently detailed to show any alternative way onto that road so we had to go round in circles several times through narrow lanes and road works , not ideal when we were already tired at the end of a long trip battling out of west London traffic.

Great pool that was nice and warm. Good sized bedroom with comfortable beds. As we have young kids, it was good to have a bath as well as a shower in the bathroom. Very friendly staff on reception. Nice breakfast buffet in a light filled restaurant

The food in the bar was expensive for what it was and the staff weren’t particularly attentive. The access to the bins/waste area from the terrace should be fenced as it’s a bit too easy for kids to wonder down there. I think the hotel would look a bit more upmarket if the outside was painted a different colour. The area is at the end of a trading estate

The hotel itself is lovely inside. Rooms are great and everything spotlessly clean. Pool facilities are great too. Food was good had both breakfast and dinner on site. Staff were all really great and welcoming and have been super helpful since we were silly and managed to leave our car keys there!

The whole business of £75 extra on top of your room rate seems unnecessary and because we had spent over the excess (which is easy to do as the food snd drinks are super expensive!) We had another £100 taken from the card so now the hotel owe us money that then gets refunded 3-5 days later. All seems a bit unnecessary, just charge us what we owe when we leave?

The hotel was lovely, really well maintained, looks modern and fresh. The breakfasts were amazing, great choice of buffet food. Staff super friendly and helpful. We used the pool during the family hours, felt a bit guilty ruining the peace and quiet at 8am, but that’s what family hours are for!

More aimed at grown ups than family’s I think but this isn’t really a bad thing and certainly wouldn’t put me off going with the family again. There’s a nice play park put the back as well which we didn’t get to use as iit was really muddy but a nice addition to keep the kids entertained

Breakfast really good, location we’ve stayed before and really like it. The pool is also really good for jet lag, and the gym I’m yet to use but will next visit

The over 3 years for the pool, is a bit strict. Doesn’t encourage family’s, which I do understand the hygiene and it seems to be a business stay mostly. But no good for young family’s, I’m sure something can be done in the future to adjust this. The actual bar it self is cute, but we found the service uncomfortable and the food way under pub standard. The bar food was a major disappointment.
