The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. A kettle with tea/coffee/sugar/milk/bottles of water were provided along with cups and spoons and despite there not being an iron in the room, staff were more than happy to provide one along with an ironing board. We stayed from Saturday till Monday and on Sundays they do an exceptional roast dinner with a choice of 3 meats (or you can have a mixture of all 3!) and all the trimmings for a very decent price. The large portions went down a treat! They also do warm pork scratchings which were very tasty! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and although we slept through our alarm and missed our check out time on our departure date, they did not rush us to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating, considering booked qt very last minute. The staff was very helpful. The room was of a good size and clean, we literally needed just a place to stay.

The shower head would not stay up rite, but I am sure if I had said something at the time, they would have tried to fix it, and there was no windows.... but for the price we paid, it was still worth the money.

The location was good. Check in was very flexible which was handy! Beds were big and comfy. Good pillows too!

The hotel didn’t reply to emails and the mobile number doesn’t work so that was a bit worrying! Also, no body wash in the shower so we basically used hand wash which wasn’t the best!

We paid for a room and dinner we never received the dinner. Staff at the coach house told us the days we booked didn't include dinner although our booking clearly stated dinner included.I think this was a booking .com error not the coach house as the coach house clearly advertised this on site never received a dinner so had to pay again It was cheaper to book direct through the coach house then it was through booking.com so will book direct next time

There for the Muse concert but spent the day in the town before travelling to the MK bowl. Lovely town and easy access to MK and the MK Bowl. I left my glasses in the room and someone very quickly contacted me later on the day I checked out. They also quickly arranged to have them sent to me which I thought added to the great service we got from the staff already. Thanks again.

Nothing. I thought the standard of the accommodation matched the price being charged which can always only be fair.

We were offered breakfast even though we weren't expecting this for the price. Even though the food wasn't ready at the time we needed the staff were friendly and offered reimbursement for the breakfast.

May not be the sort of place I'd stay with younger people as pub was quite busy although this is a small criticism.

Excellent value for money with a nice sized room and super comfortable beds. Staff were lovely and when a family emergency happened they were so accommodating which we can't thank them enough for

Convenient for our night away as we had event in Newport Pagnell. Ladies behind bar were friendly. Property was clean and suited us for the one night away.

Plug socket above bed hanging out the wall,didn’t think looked safe for the bedside lamp to be plugged into it.

Aggressive threatening long term resident in room No.5!! obnoxious and aggressive, slamming doors at 5am and TV blasting at 1am, returning from bar drunk and without a care for the workers in other rooms.. I will not be returning because of this drunk!

Very friendly property runners, very helpful and talkative. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Felt secure with key code access to building. Easy check-in and check-out with keysafes situated outside bedroom to collect and return keys. Would definitely book again.
