They had plenty of space to park, which was free, the entrance was nice and welcoming with a reception/bar at the front, the restaurant had a nice range of food to eat and it was served until 9:30pm on the evening aswell which is great. it was nice and clean too. They gave us both a fan and a heater which was great as it was about 25 degrees so that fan was a life saver, the staff were lovely and polite, they gave us extra pillows and towels, way more than needed for one night I’ll be honest. The beds were nice and comfy and they had black out curtains and nets and windows that open all the way ! So you can get some fresh air from the comfort of your room. Well worth the money we paid for a stop on the way home, I would stay again 100%

There’s nothing to mention, the room was hot when we first went in which is expected on a 25 degree day. But the window open for 20 minutes plus the fan on soon sorted that :)

Breakfast was amazing, really well cooked and plenty of choices. Dinner in the restaurant was equally as great and fairly priced. Room was a great size. All staff really friendly.

Bedroom windows blew off the safety latch and we were first floor up with children which made me nervous. No lift with a baby and overnight essentials was annoying. No air con but a good working fan. Reception did not tell us about breakfast nor dinner. Security gate was a nightmare, strangers let us in and out of the gate as we did not have a code.

We wanted an overnight stop without frills, yet we would gladly spend more than that in the Ramada Milton Keynes because of its comfort, dog friendliness, location and exceptional price. Our ground-floor room (No 23) was spacious and had two chairs - not always the case in double rooms. The WiFi was strong, the coffee/tea-making tray (plus small fridge) was good, the bed was comfortable, the shower room was well lit (as, indeed, was the bedroom). there were plenty of grassed areas for our dog, and parking bays for cars. The gentlemen at reception when we checked in (9:30pm) and checked out (about 12 hours later) were efficient and courteous. All in all, this hotel represents extremely good value for money; it’s worth more than the price we were charged. On top of that, we paid £10 for our dog.

Happily book here again. Did order off the main menu for evening meal. It is a very limited menu especially for children but we did enjoy the food we did order. Room was clean and tidy and spacious. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Noisy pipes in the bathroom and could hear other guests shutting their room door. Also it was quite hot in the room at night. But it wouldn't put me off as it is good location for Milton Keynes and has plenty of parking spaces.

There was everything I expected as standard size of the room and good quality of bed but I didn’t expect they won’t clean daily my room and I stayed there 3 nights so last day I complained that my bin is full and we have no toilet paper, so I got two more toilet papers 😃

Great location for a gig in Milton Keynes. Service station right there for snacks and they also did evening meals in the hotel. Room was clean, spacious and not noisy at all even though it was right next to the M1. It says it is a 2 star but definitely isn't.

We didn't get chance to have breakfast as we were unsure of the times. A sign with these on would have been helpful as we were told the time for Sunday but assumed wrongly it was the same time on Monday and missed out.

We paid for breakfast separately from the initial booking as we weren't sure whether we'd have time for it, but we did, and it was lovely. Reasonable choice and just the job after a full day out the day before. The rooms were clean and comfortable, no complaints here. 👌

No fault of the hotel, but getting to it northbound was easy, but getting back on the M1 to go back southbound was a little trickier but not a problem really. Have to go through Newport Pagnell, but that wasn't any real hardship.

Handy for the motorway. Halfway to our onward journey. Comfy room. Peaceful. Heating very good, Staff polite, and helpful. We didn’t have any time to use any other fasciitis at the hotel. Didn’t use the restaurant either, as we were eating out.

We arrived after dark, and had a bit of difficulty in finding an entrance into the Ramada car park, so had to ask a motorway maintenance driver, in another car park, who gave us details. Although the hotel was well lit up, but there weren’t any notices directing us to the entrance, which to put it mildly, looked like a building site.

Staff were friendly, and our room was ready for when we planned to arrive at a suitable temperature for the cold weather. The room was perfect for our needs and we had other family with us whose room was nearby as requested. We had car problems and had to stay an additional night, the Ramada were more than happy to help with this even though we didn't arrive until gone 11pm. They understood we were unsure of our check out time and didn't mind that we changed our minds about extending this time. The phone to call reception/ other rooms was a nice addition.

We had to book our unplanned stay online given our circumstances being able to book over the phone would have been easier. We were unsure if the phone cost to use so a note stating if we had to pay to use would have been helpful.
