The hotel is highly recommended. I stayed in the annex of the hotel. The rooms are new and very spacious. The rooms have a hairdryer, toilets, free coffee and tea. the bed was very wide and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good, there was a different selection of things. The hotel staff are all very attentive. I would definitely stay again!!
The bathroom was cold even though the heat was on , but it wasn’t enough for the whole bathroom , also I noticed the bathroom had a hole to the outside where the current of cold air enters.

Great location ! Short distance from train station. Walkable. Beautiful comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Love the light with the USB ! Nice touch. Beautiful bathroom. Great service from the staff - very helpful, responsive, friendly staff eg Paul and another gentleman on duty on the day we checked in who helped us with our bags, Aliya and all other staff during breakfast and dinner time except for the one particular staff on the day we were leaving. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel where I can take the bus to Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold, and to Stratford Upon Avon.
The room was a little dusty. When I open the closet I can see dust falling and I climbed up on the chair to see the top of the closet and it was from the top of the closet. So it needs a good wipe/dusting/ vacuuming.

Great location, very central to see local beauty spots. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Restaurant food excellent. Manager/owner a great chap who can’t do enough for you. Most of the staff very nice and helpful.
Not so much a ‘don’t like’, but there’s an odd rule about the covered terrace at the back, there’s a sign that says it closes to the ‘public’ at 10pm for noise reasons, but we were asked to vacate it at 10pm in a quite firm way by one member of staff who then proceeded to bang the chairs against the tables as if to drive the point home. When I asked about this the following day I was advised that the policy had changed and this was the rule for everyone. It would have been better to know this in advance and update the signage.

The location couldn’t be better, right on the High Street and walkable to the train station and the bus stops! All the staff I dealt with were really great, from check in to dinner service to breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, good choice of cold buffet and then hot breakfast to order. I hadn’t realised that some rooms were in an annexe - but this was actually great as meant my room was really quiet. You need to cross an outdoor courtyard/car park to get from the annex to the hotel for meals etc, which could be an issue if you have kids so just one to be aware of. The room itself was great, really spacious and lots of little touches like plenty of coffee capsules for the coffee machine and even non-dairy milk sachets.
There was a piece of artwork in my room that was a cartoon with a boobs/jugs joke. I completely appreciate some people would find this nostalgic and amusing, but to me it was crass and sexist. I just found it a really bizarre choice to put up in a hotel room as it obviously could risk being offensive to some guests? I did mention this to the staff member on check out too. So in particular if you are coming with kids/young teens I wouldn’t recommend room 31 as the artwork is inappropriate. But otherwise it’s a really lovely place to stay!

Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant had a good selection of food and wine. Comfortable ground floor room with facilities for disabled. A complementary selection of sherry, water, tea, coffee in room with coffee machine. Parking outside was available
If we had to find anything then they could provide Expresso cups in room to go with the excellent espresso machine, just a small detail. You couldn’t reserve parking which for a disabled person could be a problem but luckily wasn’t a problem for us.

Manager was tremendously helpful and showed us how to take the bus to neighboring cities and what to enjoy most there, and the next day mapped us out a lovely walk in the countryside. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and an amazing bargain for the price. The food was exceptionally good - the free breakfast was amazing! Vegetarian options for both all breakfast items (so many choices) and Sunday "roast dinner" - my vegie daughter was thrilled to get her own vegetarian yorkshire pudding and the works.
Nothing I would change!

Easy parking, comfortable room and good restaurant in the evening. They serve an excellent breakfast offering an extensive range with fast service. Good location for visiting many popular Cotswold sights.
We had requested a sheet and blanket instead of a duvet. This was confirmed but didn't happen. The shower took ages to warm up and the temperature stabilize. They blamed the ancient pipework which seemed a bit strange as it was an electric shower. The bedside lights were too dark and dingy to be of use to read.

property was right in the centre of Moreton , close to all of the shops, pubs and food places . it was easy to find with excellent parking . our room was extremely comfortable and despite being on the front side of the hotel was quiet, with good ventilation and blackout curtains and blinds. Bed was exceedingly comfortable which made for a great nights sleep. All staff were attentive and professional and all had pleasant courteous manners. A lovely touch was the decanter of Sherry in the room , gratis! Room equipment was all in working order ( ie kettle , hairdryer , fan if needed ) and all lightbulbs working .
we have no complaints

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, good service at breakfast. I liked being allocated a warm room in a ground level set of new bedrooms across the back yard (I am not comfortable managing stairs.)
Disappointing evening dinner menu, not much for vegetarians. The 'filo pastry' vege wrap I ordered had tough wrapper. I had to ask for somewhere warm and comfortable to sit and read my book after dinner, but the comfy fireside seat I was shown to was in a noisy bar area.

Really nice place to stay. Accommodation quirky, loved the separate living room and courtyard. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Could have done with a fridge to keep water cool. Breakfast excellent, lots choice. Had 2 evening meals really nice and not expensive. Beautifully presented.
Only stayed 3 days but room was not cleaned. Would have been nice to have bathroom cleaned while staying. Also water, cups not replenished or changed. The only other thing was final bill. Gratuity £23.00 added, hard to see with everything else. Do not begrudge tipping but should be at customer discretion.
