Very modern decor, excellent light and furnishings. Pleasently surprised to find a fridge/freezer and small oven/grill in the kitchen area. Shower was fantastic, excellent pressure. Bed was large (super king?) and very comfy. Was not bothered by noise at all despite proximity to busy road into Motherwell. Good location and ample parking. I felt safe and secure staying here.

The property was decorated very nicely / lovely and clean etc . Small but compact / we stayed in Room 1. Convenient for us as we had a little dog with us and we were right by the back door .

Not much I didn’t like as everything was great . Only thing I would of liked to of seen there was maybe a different shaped coffee table as quite tricky getting past it in small lounge area to kitchen etc ( rectangle would be better ) and also a toaster would of been helpful . For breakfast etc . Very surprised there wasn’t one there . Apart from that really good . Marked down one star on comfort as personally I didn’t like the pillows they were too hard I thought .

Amazing hotel, self check in, but everything is easy and clear. They have private parking, what is always great. Room had microwave, but nearby there are plenty of restaurants, and take away deliver directly to hotel address. We would recomend The Hup Lee Chinese buffet, great food for available prices. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, very powerful shower.

It's not hotel weak side, it's just the seasonal issue. In summer, when it is travel season, traffic next to hotel gets extremely busy, so keep that in mind, as it might be better to leave car on parking and walk to the restaurant and other activities, also it's worth to go out from the city early morning, or again you can stuck in traffic.

Accommodation was in excellent condition and ideally located for my needs of seeing family locally.

These are very minor points just for your reference - Due to it being windy when we visited, there was an annoying 'whining' noise, which at first I thought was the extractor vent above the microwave but it seemed to be coming from the kitchen window.... possibly an open vent at the top of the window u need to close. Also, lamp on dressing table wasn't working, probably just a bulb gone.

Beautiful rooms, decor lovely and so clean !

I’m looking to stay quite regularly over the next few weeks with my dog 2 nights, the surcharge for a dog is £25 per night which makes it super expensive and I can get a hotel nearby which is dog friendly with breakfast for a lot cheaper. I was hoping to make this my regular place to stay, but at £50 added each time for my dog it’s just not financially viable !

This place is perfect! The location was perfect, the room was fantastic. Well facilitated and so clean and cosy. The shower room was compact but everything was completely easy to access and the shower was so good. Everything I could have needed was there plus a few added bonuses including a couple of Caramel Wafers, so much better than standard hotel biscuits. the bed was super comfy and I had a great sleep. I'll definitely come back here.

The area is quite & green. The room has all supplies & cleanliness level is great. The view of town is amazing from up the hill. It’s a great relaxing spot & near by train station, bus stop points & there is a public park in a walking distance, with some lake activities for both kids & adults, play grounds… Staff are very supportive, helped with luggage, and provided quick respond via booking for airport transport, all in all, I’ll stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay, the windows allowed for fantastic airflow and natural light without the rain coming in. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Had a little fridge and all the plates, bowls and cutlery for 2 people, as well as stuff to wash the dishes so you don't need people coming in to change things every day. Was great for a week long stay!

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Didn't expect little touches such as coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate/ biscuits and water in fridge. Big bed, really comfortable. Love the fact that between 10pm and 8am are designated "quiet hours". Communication prior and post stay was excellent. First class.

Would have preferred check out time of 11am rather than 10am. Check in of 4pm wasn't relevant to our stay this time but would generally prefer check in of 3pm , in line with hotels in area.

Location was brilliant for train station and travel to Glasgow and world cycling championships. The small apartment had everything we needed. Very quiet, had a great few nights sleep, beds and bed linen very comfortable. Shops very near by for essential food and coffee, tea and milks most appreciated. Will certainly recommend to friends and great distance by train to travel into Glasgow. Could not say anything negative at all about our experience. Beautiful house conversion and tastefully designed and decorated. Many, many thanks to staff and Sweeney Apartments.
