Staff are excellent , looking after us . Rooms were serviced daily , bed was comfortable , the room is larger than expected with WIR and ensuite , as well as a bar fridge and the same size freezer , with a microwave and electric jug . Tea & coffee & milk sachets and some biscuits are supplied There's a communal kitchen available , also a laundry . Parking is right out front of premises . Would we come back ? we didn't leave , stayed for 2 more days .

Location, close to Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch station, as there was a Gala Weekend 21/22 October.

Unfortunately there lacked a table in the room, somewhere to put the computer and prepare and eat food. In fact, for the price, breakfast should have been included, but I did know when I booked that it wasn't. Reference to a nearby cafe had not been checked. It was CLOSED that weekend. Fortunately the Railway cafe WAS open and saved the day. But for other guests not so good, the cafe only being open when the railways was running.

Nice little cozy hotel, self check in with keybox. This is a perfect choice for someone who just wants to sleep and explore the area. Big smart TV in all rooms, including the shared kitchen and living room areas. Living room has a nice homey feel to it. With loads of dvds to choose from aswell as board games and a guitar. The manager/host Dino was amazing and very friendly and the same for the rest of the team.

Only bad point was when flushing the toilet, you could hear the pipes in the main room. But this would only last around 30 seconds.

Was a bit worried about the self check in but Dino the manager was there. Had a lovely room,had everything and more in. I couldn't get a signal on TV but there is a large TV in lounge so watched the football with other guests,some actually live in the hotel and I can see why as it has everything you need. Situated opposite the steam railway,easy walk to beach and town and buses along coast.Perfect.

There was a useful kitchenette in my room plus a larger shared kitched downstairs. My room was a decent size and comfortable and warm. I was able to park both nights on the premises, but if necessary this is also possible on the road outside. There is a Sainsbury's nearby too.

I never met any of the staff. I was unable to get a VAT receipt for my company despite asking for this at the time I made my booking and later by email which made my stay more expensive than envisaged.

Manager quick to reply to get access to room as keys in locked pada outaide it was lovely and clean little kitchenette most useful .. lady called becky helped us with tv .. lovely place defo stay again clean spacious good enough location .. not too far to walk to high street ..and beach lovely pub n staff next door too x

Nothing had a great time

The hotel was clean comfortable and had everything in the room that you could possibly want. The staff are very friendly and helpful should you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking could be a bit tight sometimes.

Everything was pristine clean, the rooms even smelled nice when we entered them. There's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and tea set. Outside the rooms are well equipped kitchens and common area. I loved the interior style and the decor, it really made the slogan "your home away from home" true:)

Value for money , friendly staff , comfortable bed Pub next door , supermarket 30 metres away , Chinese & Indian takeaway's , and Cafe 50 metres away Railway across the road and bus stop right outside

Hot water took too long to come through No seats ,only the bed - but you have lounge & kitchen access

Very comfortable & well equipped. There was the usual kettle, plus a fridge & microwave. There wasn't a TV in the room, but that meant it was quiet; no chance of noisy neighbours! A TV is available in the lounge for those who are desperate for added noise. The WiFi is superb. Small car park at the front of the hotel is very convenient.

Unusual room design. My room was on a split level; the bathroom was on the same level as the room's entrance door but the bedroom was down a short flight of stairs. Don't forget that if you're half asleep & need to use the bathroom in the wee small hours; I did (but only once).
