This was such a great find, it was difficult to get accommodation in this area but we were so fortunate to have found Eastdale. It was wonderful. Liz is an exceptional hostess so warm and welcoming. Her standards are high and the B&B is immaculate. Liz loves looking after her guests and this really shows. Such comfy bed, luxury towels and linens. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice ilcuding a delightful view of the garden. Even our bicycles had their own private space too! Thank you Liz this was a highlight on our Trans Pennine Trail, even arranging for the bus stop right outside your house!

The rooms were absolutely spotless. We were welcomed by our host who immediately put the kettle on and made a cup of tea. Our host Liz was lovely very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. I would highly recommend it. Everywhere was beautifully festive.

The only problem we had was that we were too warm. We did turn the heating off which made the difference. This is probably our choice rather than a complaint.

This little gem was one of the best b&b's I've ever stayed in. The reviews were good when I was looking to book last year so I thought I would give it a try, and I'm really glad I did. Liz was the perfect host and nothing was a problem. The bedroom was immaculate as well as the bathroom. And to top it off the breakfast was out of this world, well presented and very tasty. I would definitely book again if I was in the area. I can guarantee nobody would be disappointed if they book a stay there. Well done Liz for a perfect establishment.

Had a lovely few days at Eastdale with my Nan, and would definitely stay again , The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds, very good breakfast with range of options to suit. Great suggestions of where to go if not familiar with the area. Liz is a very very good host, makes you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive , feels like staying home from home. Would highly recommend. Thankyou

Eastdale was absolutely spotless and Liz was the most welcoming host. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Freshly prepared and plenty of it. The rooms were immaculate with extras such as bottled water, milk and biscuits which were great additions. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms had black out blinds, my quality of sleep was excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

Nothing….everything was perfect.

This is probably the best bed and breakfast I have stayed in. From the communication at the time of booking to the friendly welcome on arrival complete with a freshly made pot of tea, Liz was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble, the room immaculate, comfortable, warm and tastefully decorated. Liz and Paul had thought of everything including a torch and light- up alarm clock in the room! Loved the breakfast and garden view from the dining room.

Perfect Bed and Breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Liz is a brilliant host, very attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy and the shower was exceptional too. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Cannot fault this property in any way and will definitely be staying there again, if we're in the area.

Nothing, the whole experience was spot on.

The place was spotless the welcome was friendly, the bed was very comfy & the breakfast superb. From the moment we arrived our landlady Liz made us feel very welcome. The village is very nice too with a historic pub the green dragon. Location was ideal for us as we were visiting my brother who lives in Brough.

All of it. The breakfast was delicious with excellent choices. The breakfast room was in the conservatory, with a lovely view of the garden. Liz is just wonderful, lovely person and easy to get along with. Thank you Liz for a lovely stay.

Liz is aware of this. The stairs, although a few are little to narrow to carry a case up. But, all the rest makes up for it.

All our needs were met with accommodation and breakfast exceeding all our expectations. Location was perfect for our visit to the area for the East Riding Mixed Golf Week.

The weather on Wednesday was shocking but Liz & Paul made several suggestions when indoors was the order of the day.
