Really enjoyed my stay at the 247 Hotel rooms were really clean comfortable beds plenty of tea coffee & sugar also soap shower gel & shampoo free, actually had hot water for a bath & shower not like other Hotels Food was great evening & breakfast meals the staff were very friendly & helpful. I will certainly stay there again Next time I am in Manchester & give it a 100% 10 out of 10 & say thanks to all the staff .

TV was a bit hit & miss not a major deal breaker, not the Hotels fault but the weather was lousy but besides that not a lot more I didn't like.

Bed was allright and very big :-) , although squaking a bit, our friends had different beds! But nevertheless slept very well. Room was good, considering the price, staff very friendly! Location is good, bus to town centre just in front! Great view from our room! We'll be back :-)

Not a lot of plugs, something to reckon with in the future! One close to the bed would be easier! Our toilet was very close to the wall, which was a little annoying.

Quality stay, as always. Staff are really friendly, the rooms are a really good size and its great value for money, I always look forward to a stay here All the best for the new year guys

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely to be able to get food and drink without having to go out again. Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. Free WiFi and enough codes for all of us

Found it a little bit cool in the cafe area whilst eating. The breakfast in the morning was nice but a little bit tepid. Staff were lovely though and very busy trying to get everything out quickly. Possibly could have done with our cups for drinks and bread to toast first so we could have got on with that while our breakfast was coming

My room was clean, the desk staff were very helpful, friendly and easy to talk too. The location is ideal for my needs. I like staying here and will definitely be staying here again.

The noise in the corridor, kids screaming and people shouting. It's a hotel, I'd expect some level of respect from other patrons and keep the noise down.

Well located, always friendly staff, clean room, clean shower, clean toilet, big and very comfortable bed, "warm and cosy".

There is always a problem with the water pressure in the shower - on the 4th floor at least - a bit low.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bar/cafe opening times and prices were good value.

Currently being used to house homeless people who were very nosy. Some of the fixtures were a little loose. If you are tall request a room not on the 4th floor as the ceiling is very low.

The staff were amazingly helpful. The food was excellent value for money. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries £6.50 .. the burger was really nice, not the usual cheap rubbish. Pint of lager 2.50. Reception ordered a taxi for us. Breakfast next morning , full english, including tea toast and juice £6. Again, quality products We had a single bed and an extra large double

The beds were really hard, mine had a board underneath it

It was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and I would stay there again, and I would recommend to another friend or family

The approach to the hotel was difficult, as the car park was on a very high slope, with a kind of sleeping policeman. At the top, the car park was full of potholes,c

Just right price and excellent room staff all friendly rooms and hotel very clean and excellent location for public transport will try to avoid major sports events when up there again one question though the swimming pool was that available for hotel guests next time I will bring swimming gear with me
