Upon arrival I was greeted by Joshua who talked me through the facilities and basic rules. He was very attentive and gave me some good local information for places to eat. My job meant that I was getting back to the hotel very late so alas I never woke up in time to sample breakfast. In all a comfortable stay and the owner Gary was very friendly too when I was checking out. I will definitely return to this hotel when I'm next in Ramsgate.

Parking was challenging in the square although I managed to find space when I returned each night in the very small hours of each day. A vending machine might be good to have on site for customers like me arriving back late and missing breakfast each day.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were ungraded to a room with a small balcony and superb sea view and the breakfast was very good indeed. The room and common parts were very clean and tidy. The location is superb with great access to the sae front and the town centre

One or two problems with the room services and fittings - the shower heat control was not working properly and there was no socket for the electric kettle. Also the wc seat became loose

A cute B&B in a perfect location to access the seafront and infamous royal harbour. The manager was very kind and upgraded my room free of charge as I'd had a very long journey and couldn't make the stairs. My room was clean and airy and fresh linen and towels Complimentary tea & coffee facilities and a tv. There is also a very homely front lounge over looking the tennis courts. Apart from hearing other guests coming in and out which is to be expected I slept like a log. I would stay again.

Issue with parking as hotel is in a residential square mixture of private and B&B and lots of occupiers and visitors so limited spaces.

I have to say the staff are amazing and the stay was lovely. I've stay 4 times now. Its so comfortable and the rooms are so amazing. Had amazing sea view too.

Friendly owner very obliging nothing too much trouble. It was very hot during our stay and free bottled water was available from the fridge in the downstairs lounge. We thought this was a nice touch. Very comfortable bed.

Could do with a bit of updating and redecorating but comfortable anyway. Plumbing in shower and toilet could do with some attention as when flushing toilet the plug in the shower raised up Believe this could be due to very old plumbing as it is an old building.

English breakfast Included in the price, simple accommodation, great value for money, situated close to the sea. Personnel was great and very kind.

Was a bit noisy sometimes, old water pipes run in the walls that can be disturbing in early hours. There wasn't cleaning every day, might not be included in the price. Room was in the attic but there was no shading equipment on the window that should be repaired and also was not easy to open it.

Excellent and well cooked breakfast. The room had a good view of the public gardens, tennis courts and the sea.. Comfortable and clean room. The first room was on the second floor, which was difficult for my disabled wife, but the manager kindly moved us to another (and better) room on the floor below.

Additional supplies of milk, coffee and sugar in the reception room would have been helpful. There were no leaflets of local attractions or events in the room, which would have been useful. A large map of Ramsgate and the surrounding area in the reception room would be useful for visitors who don't know the area.

I have to start with our Extremely Warm welcome and the time taken to welcome us. Also to give us directions and pointers 🤩🥳🤗 Lovely crispy white linen on a very comfortable bed. Fantastic view and a veranda with table and two chairs for two people. Perfect.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, location was really good, 5 minute walk from the water, 15 from the beach, great amount of choice for the breakfast, good water pressure on the shower too, for the price I paid I'm very happy.

The step down from the shower felt a little risky for slipping, because you're also trying to keep your head down to avoid bumping it, but the shower itself was great and for the price I'm quite happy with my experience overall
