I liked how friendly the staff was at reception, and they were very welcoming and showed us to our room

That it was like a maze and I found it difficult to find my room but once I was used to the outlay of the building was easy, I did not like that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms as I like to wash my hands when I’ve been to the toilet as it’s basic hygiene, so maybe invest in that as well, and it was very outdated and had leaks everywhere in the building.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was terrified of what I was gonna find at the hotel. I can tell that I was very pleasantly surprised to find kind staff, clean room, comfortable beds, hot water, excellent water pressure, nice smelling room, working TV and so on. All I can say, is that I am happy that I haven't cancelled my booking based on reviews.

Nothing was not to like, really. Lack of lifts, maybe.

It was our second stay with the bridge house hotel and we were happy with our stay staff were polite and friendly the room was very clean and when we arrived we were informed that there was going to be a party of 250 people on the Saturday night and we had been given a room on the ground floor so as not to be disturbed definitely stay again

The property is on our way to the highway motorway M25 so if you want to go to Reigate city by walk and you have to take a taxi because there is no chance to walk across the street and to go to the catwalk

A basic place to stay for one night. The room size was great for a family of three (15 year old with us). Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in need of some updating and the general decor is not fresh or eye-catching but for the price, and what we needed it for, (one night stay to go to Gatwick airport), it was sufficient.

When I first arrived at my room at The Bridge House Hotel Reigate, a couple of things weren't right so the Receptionist listened to my concerns and dealt with them quickly and efficiently. The rest of my stay was good. The room was bigger than a usual double room, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were enough drawers and hanging space for clothes, there was enough tea and coffee making facilities, the bathroom was clean, the towel radiator was hot all the time, there were more than enough towels for a double room, there was working aircon which was good because of the passing traffic to and from the motorway would have been noisy with the windows open. There was more than enough free parking. This hotel is under new management now. The previous owners let this place get old and tired looking. The new owners are updating and making the place have a clean and fresh look. Rome wasn't built in a day. It will take a while to do all the rooms but I think, it will turn out to be a lovely place to stay and convenient for commuters on the M25. I would definitely return. This is not a fake review. Ask for my email from the hotel staff. I was solo and stayed in a double room with a balcony on the second floor on 4 September 2021. I am the seasoned hotel visitor.

lovely place to stay. good wifi,warm room and comfy bed, i manage to get a bit a work done and watch some tv on the wifi with no issues. nice clean room

hot water pressure was a bit low but i had manage with a bath rather than a shower and would of been good if i could of had dinner onsite but other than these small issues it was fine.

The staff were very friendly the hotel was very clean the room was very spacious and had everything that we needed very Happy with our stay definitely stay again

The only thing that we didn't like was trying to pull out of the drive onto the main road it was very scary.

It's old and bit scruffy but the price reflects that , a bargain compared to everywhere else now. It's clean ., water was hot . When I read comments saying poor etc , then you should get your wallet out and pay twice as much somewhere else and stip the moaning

The room was huge and has lovely ensuite and plenty hot water. Staff were incredible friendly as always. I am really pleased with this find. Hundreds of TV channels too!

Does finding one hair in the bathroom make a difference? Not in my book
