We did not have breakfast , however the tea & coffee facilities in the room were good. Hotel convenient location for access to shops and cafes .buses , and local walks to nearby places of interest.

Noisy room above the bar which was fine for us but some people may not like the loud noise. Perhaps and additional chair for watching the TV . And a bedside table would have been helpful , and a couple more coat hangers.

A very clean place with super helpful and friendly staff. There was no noise in our room from the pub downstairs. I simply can’t fault this hotel.

Nothing about the hotel itself. As it’s on a corner there is no parking directly out front but there is parking in the roads either side and there’s a car park near by.

we had a fantastic stay here, we had two rooms and both of them had recently been decorated to a very high standard which we loved and couldn’t believe after seeing the negative reviews on here, you can tell the whole hotel is having a refurb as the stairs and hall ways still need updating but they can’t do it all at once can they. The rooms are really modern and stylish

it’s noisy at night but that’s to be expected when you’re staying above a pub but we didn’t mind at all

Staff were extremely friendly, even saying hello around the town

No wardrobe or drawers for clothes When we turned the ceiling fan on, we had a snowstorm of dust fly off the top of the blades No one there when we checked out to talk to or even answer the phone

The friendly and attentive staff. Not too noisy at night, even though the we have a pub downstairs. The general cleanliness of the room (the bed and the bathroom were clean). The amenities (tea and coffee, bath towels and soap).

Couldn't lock the window and the door of the room from the inside at night. The floor of the room was not too clean I could see some dirt in it. The room is modest and comfortable with all the commodities for a good night's sleep but I think is a bit over priced. I think per night £55/60 was more than enough for what you got.

we loved the fact it was on a hill so we got some steps in on the way to the karaoke bar. aside from the dead pigeon I stepped in the next morning it was beautiful!

we were cat called by two below average old men on the way to our room (‘I wonder where they’re staying’) which made us feel really attractive. our shower also started leaking at around midnight so no washing for us and no karaoke for the bar patrons below. :P

I stayed in Room 9. A good size family room. I did not have breakfast. The location was very good for FastCat and Hovercraft. Close to the beach although half way up the high street a little steep but not an issue. Good location for railway and buses. Great beach at Ryde. The hotel is a pub but no noise in my room. Clean and the staff helpful when I arrived. Coffee/tea available in the room

The only issue could be the that it is half way up the steepish high street. Unsure if it has a car park. The only washing materials was soap.
