Location is amazing. Check in is easy.

Cleanliness not the best. There was a funny smell in the living room and the toilet smelt strong of wee. The shower leaked badly into the living room. The fan supplied, that was needed, was covered in hair and dust especially the vents which is a safety hazard !!

Very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds plenty of pillows and a smart Tv for when its raining sideways. Proper size cups for making a little thing that makes a difference. Also the shower was great plenty of hot water and good power.

These are not major things and did not impact my stay however as you have asked. A few shelves under the tea making facilities would give a place to put the towels off the bed and a few clothes. A cheap chair in the room so you can put your shoes and socks on and put your bag on. A better quality paint on the long wall would mean it would look less grubby so quickly as it could be wiped down.

Location amazing - right on beach and Saundersfoot harbour/village which is absolutely stunning. Bed extremely comfortable - shower room great and very clean - telly fab I stayed in Cabin 6 double bed with view over the sea - loved it

Needed a small chest of drawers as living out of suitcase. Parking permit would be great. It would be murder to park anywhere in the summer without a permit.

Position of the building is fantastic / room little small but enough for couple nights. Great shower & very clean.

Only downfall was lack of coffee only one sachet in tea tray. Could've done with a few more.

The location was perfect and to look out of the window and see nothing else except the beach and sea was amazing to wake up to. We had an issue with our room so contacted the agent who came to see us within 15 minutes and dealt with it, excellent service

The parking was quite a walk given the cold weather and at a cost of £15.

Location was perfect for us. Paddle boarding place next door. Beaches a minute walk. View was great.

There was a smell. Could have been aired more we arrived.

Location excellent Some reviews pointed out a few problems but they were rectified in our room.

It was small but we knew that when booking.

We were so pleased with our room. Beautiful view in fact we are planning on coming back with the children. It was clean and bed was comfy and shower lovely and clean. Lovely towels and little toiletries much appreciated also.

Maybe option for a later check out even for an extra cost.
