ROOM 9 location is great plenty of places to eat out, and a tesco express and spar shop's to stock up etc,. Plenty of double sockets and a USB charger in one double socket. Hairdryer in room and a nice big fan. Plenty of towels, shampoos etc. Tea and coffee facilities good, [ could have done with more milk ] ,the room is cleaned on change over day, as I was there for 3 nights had to ask staff for more tea coffee etc. Smart tv with Netflix etc. Secure property as you need your key fob to enter/leave the property. Easy to locate your lockbox.

Room 9 has a view of a cliff, and the window opens a fraction, which makes the room slightly stuffy, there's a modern fan in room so a bonus. A fridge would be great, as I had to keep a small bottle of milk in the sink in bathroom.

Fabulous location, with gorgeous dog friendly beaches right outside the door. A very short stroll to restaurants, bars,shops. Parking at the rear next to Tesco (not Tesco car park) free during the winter and it’s a short walk to accommodation. Very smooth and easy process to access accommodation as there is no reception/staff. The room was cosy, with a very comfy bed - we stayed in no 9. There is an electric kettle with tea, coffee, little milk cartons supplied. The shower was lovely with plenty of hot water and bath, shower gel and towels provided. Hairdryer also in room. I would definitely recommend and would choose a sea view room the next time but this was a very last minute booking so no sea view rooms available. There’s a little cafe to the left of the entrance called Mamgus which serve a selection of hot and cold food and drinks. This was excellent value for money and it’s pet friendly - with the beaches on the doorstep our dog had a fabulous time!

Very conveniently placed for dog owners, easy access for less able and close to many amenities. Spoke to a few staff who were very pleasant and helpful

Disappointed with view as all photos show sea view which we did not have, room was smaller than we would of hoped for. For us the quilt was far too heavy and hot, a choice of a lighter or quilt or just a sheet especially for the time of year

Great location, great price, nice room easy to access. Nice coffee shop at the bottom of the property for the breakfast.

I sent several messages to the property but never received any reply. Very small room, we could barely pass each other in the room. No wardrobe to put clothes in.

A little small, no heated towel rail in bathroom, didn’t look like the bathroom floor had been swept. Dogs barking in the night from other rooms

location was very good ,room was adequate as we only used it as a base.,breakfast could be purchased just out side the main door ,all so watersports were reasonabley priced,wouldnt hesitate to book again .

the bathroom had quite a bad smell but seemed like the drainage, otherwise very clean.
