The house that is now the hotel is beautiful. The room was comfy and had everything that you need, a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, wardrobe and fridge and most importantly an en suite. The owners are lovely, I am allergic to gluten, garlic and onion and they were really accommodating (they have gluten free bread and cornflakes)

The only small down sides were the location which for us was OK but if you can't walk very well then you would have to rely on a taxi. The second was the room was a little small, we were only there for a night so it wasn't too bad but for longer, may be a little cramped.

Clean ,loved the fact we had a little fridge to cool our drinks ,towels changed daily and supplies topped up in room ,breakfast exceptional so much choice we were so full we didn’t need lunch ,rooms decorated beautifully ,staff very accommodating,friendly ,highly recommend this property ,would definitely book again ,loved it ! Can’t believe how lucky we was choosing this fab property ! 😊👍

Loved it all no complaints

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and were given a very friendly welcome and told how to operate the front door lock which was easy 😀 all over the accommodation was very clean and a nice looking place the breakfast was cooked to a very good standard and was very tasty a big thank you for making our overnight stay a very pleasant one

The shower was a bit temperamental but a little bit of effort got it right

The room was really clean and tidy. The breakfast was also great too having different options.

We could of done with a fan in the room, it was really warm and felt awkward trying to find the owner. Also there were people anoking directly below our window so we either had to have the windows closed and be really hot or put up with the smell of smoke. Also the pastries ran out so we had 1 each and the family behind us didn't have any

Because i only stayed one night we didnt get to know the owners however we were greeted a warm welcome the room was excellent with facilities to us. The bed was really comfy and it was great knowing we could come and please ourselves. I will defo book for lobger next time. Overall fabulous😁

I booked a little getaway for my in laws and they absolutely loved the accommodation, the hosts were fantastic they couldn't do anything more to make them comfortable, my father in law has bad legs and they noticed straight away and swapped there room to a more easier access for them, the breakfast was outstanding, definitely recommend this lovely guest house, thankyou for everything 😀

The room and every area of the property was spotless, our room had everything required for a comfortable stay and heating was on when we arrived which was appreciated. Our host kindly provided breakfast early to accommodate our golf tee time. A gem for anyone wanting to stay in the Seacroft area

We received a lovely welcome on arrival by Steve, the moment I arrived I found the property beautiful and quirky along with a welcoming smell of fresh laundry in the room soon as door was opened, very comfortable beds, en suite, tv, tea and coffee, fresh towels daily, hairdryer, fridge and breakfast is lovely! selection of 10 cereals, croissants, yogurts, fresh fruit and a beautiful fry up with toast. fresh juices, tea and coffee all made by Tracey. Thankyou again for a breakfast large enough to set us up til evening. The beach is through a little pathway at end of row taking you to lovely beaches. Ideal location for wanting to be close enough to the pier but far enough away for peaceful nights to sleep, highly recommend this as somewhere to stay as very clean and local to all attractions even a spar around the corner. I really couldn’t fault this place. Parking is directly outside.

Very clean , lovely breakfast well cooked with a good selection cooked fresh to your choice and the choice of cereals and pastries and fruit and yogurt also available and extra coffee options a welcome bonus , very quiet ,

Shower temperature was difficult to gage and dipped in and out depending on the water use elsewhere in the property but this is a minor issue

Shower in room 8 temperamental. Not hot or powerful. quite cold at some points during shower and power poor. Took ages to wash shampoo out of hair in cool water. My partner had better experience after me however next day experienced the same
