The hotel is modern, clean and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods and you can have any eggs made to order. Our kids loved the choices of food and juices. It’s set out lovely so doesn’t feel like a busy buffet and they replenish all morning until around 10.45am as it ends at 11am - perfect time for us to have a swim before breakfast. The room was clean and plenty of space for our things.

The only tiny criticism was the double beds felt small and king beds would be better when a family of 4 is sleeping in the same room.

Staff very nice and welcoming. We felt well looked after overall. Good price. Rooms very comfortable and mattress xl. Breakfast once ordered in advance was good value.

Didn't realise breakfast was not included until went to dining room on first morning. Breakfast manager in fairness did offer us tea/coffee and a patry foc.(a very nice fellow) I think we should have been asked if we wanted to book breakfast at check in. We had dinner on one eve. I ordered fish which was nice but not enough of it. Dessert was small and overpriced for what we got. A brief list of things to do/ see in Swindon would be nice.

The spacious room was exactly what we needed for our toddler, and the breakfast was excellent. We liked the attention to detail from the front desk team when my son got the complimentary drawing kit. The swimming pool kept all the family active, steam room and sauna were busy during the weekend. Friendliness of staff and greetings everywhere made us feel like home. Restaurant and Bar team, great service. The breakfast set up, layout and variety of cold and warm station was a delight. A lot of staff attending and refilling the stations. Compliments to kitchen team. Parking was convenient and safe for a small daily fee. The great location of the hotel in Swindon made our trips to Cotswold and nature parks more pleasant and reduced driving time to half an hour.

The hotel needs a renovation, the AC is too loud, and the carpets could be replaced. A shame Monday morning on Bank Holiday the swimming pool could not be used, we had 4 hours until check out and we could use though only sauna and steam room. Maintenance was the reason given.

Loved the room, breakfast was very pleasant, the evening meal was very nice as well. The booking was to break a long journey with a young family, this venue ticked all the boxes, the pool and being just off the M4 made it our ideal stop over.

Paying an extra £5 to park in the hotel car park, however I didn’t like paying £39.99 extra to park in the Hilton Cardiff car park the week before on our out bound journey. So this is not a complaint I just can’t find anything else I didn’t like.

Smelt really clean. Facilities really good, staff on reception were excellent. The young lady who checked us into the hotel in particular was attentive and sorted any issues we had out with the minimum of fuss. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Only reason we stayed was due to a stop off from a long journey. Didn't look to be much around there, but if you are looking for a lovely clean hotel at a reasonable price I'd recommend this place.

Advanced request for a cot was acknowledged, but upon arrival there wasn't a cot in our room. The problem was sorted but I'd expect an acknowledgement to be followed through!

The room was nice and comfortable and they provided an excellent buffet breakfast which apart from offering everything we would expect, ensured that the food was topped up and that items didn't run out

We were disappointed when we arrived to find that we had to pay an additional sum simply to park our car in the car park despite being hotel guests. This was additionally surprising as the hotel has ample parking space and is not located centrally. In my view, if there is to be a car parking charge, guests should be made aware of this at the time of booking and not be charged on arrival. The other lesser issue was that any sounds in the corridors could be clearly heard within the bedroom.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated necessary changes to our itinerary with no fuss. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We made good use of the pool, steam room and sauna and used the gym also. The outside terrace area was quiet and private to sit and read. The location was excellent enabling us to get to the Ridgeway area very easily. Also it was a short (10 min) walk to the Old Town area where there were excellent restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets.

The steam room and showers were cold on occasion and we were advised that there was a minimum of a 45min wait for food in the bar / restaurant on a Saturday evening.

We've checked-in at 9:30pm coming from Heathrow Airport to pick-up my sister, upon checking in, we've been greeted by Sydelle with her big smile and welcoming presence. The check in was smooth, easy and was a very pleasant experience with Sydelle being kind and courteous the whole time. She was considerate to the situation of the long journeys my sister took and was very polite and want to thank her for such a wonderful welcome and her professionalism. Please do pass on our thank you as we didn't get the chance to say it again when we checked out.

The rooms were perfect. They had everything we needed. We were even given extra milk at reception. There were free non alcoholic cocktails in reception for guests to try. After a busy day shopping this was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was amazing, but the first morning we reported that the sausages were not cooked properly and that was why we had not eaten them. The staff acted quickly to remove all the remaining sausages from the breakfast bar. The staff apologised. The next morning the sausages were fine, however I did not have any just incase.

Apart from the breakfast issue, there is nothing I can say I didn’t like. The staff were all so helpful and pleasant.

We were on a cycle tour, so I called ahead to check if we could store our bikes securely and we were told that we could either use some private storage within the hotel or keep our bikes in our room (which we did). The reception staff were very accommodating with this and even called for a taxi when we enquired about local taxi services. The hotel's shared areas were well kept, clean and nicely furnished. The sports facilities were perfect for our needs, we used the pool, sauna and steam room. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds and bedding and the complimentary toiletries were a decent quality with pleasing scents. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

The evening menu at the onsite restaurant was a little expensive if you're on a budget. However, the hotel is withing walking distance to a whole host of pubs, restaurants and cafes, so not really a big issue.
