The whole place was warm and welcoming; the room was very clean, well appointed and functional, as was the bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Meals were well prepared and cooked, served with a smile, and adequate size portions. The full English breakfast, however, was off the scale ! ! For those up for a challenge ! !

A couple of times it was difficult to catch a waitress's eye for service – and they weren't always busy. This is a fine village pub with accommodation, so go with realistic expectations and you'll be more than satisfied. The only thing I would have liked different was a lift instead of the quite steep stairs to the bedrooms (my wife's mobility leaves a fair bit to be desired).

A little gem. After a very wet day in Tiverton we returned to the Inn earlier than planned and were welcomed by lovely staff and shown to our rooms. The rooms were large and comfortable with everything you might need. We had a delicious meal on the evening and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay again. The Inn is ideal location for coming off the motorway and being central it’s a place you could use as a base for travelling.

Beautiful village, wonderful breakfast with vegetarian option, and excellent food available in the welcoming pub in the evening. The people really make The Globe Inn special, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very accessible without a car: walkable to Tiverton Parkway station and on a local bus route into Tiverton town. The pub also recommended a great local taxi service.

The pub is lovely and a gorgeous, old, building. Bedroom and bathroom spotless. Well thought out with what’s in the room and tv position etc. Bedding nice.

The road going through is actually a lot busier for a village than we’d anticipated, having a bedroom at the front was noisy, but we managed and not the fault of the pub. Decor and bathroom dated, but absolutely fine for our stay.

Was a nice place, staff were freindly and breakfast was amazing. atmosphere was great. Room was comfortable and clean. The fact that there was enough coffee, suger and milk to have several cups which was fantastic.

Not a lot not to like really, the only thing I would say is just attention to detail on the cleaning especially thoughs hard to reach areas that often get missed in the bathrooms.

The staff were excellent big car park excellentservice all round the breakfast was great they catered for my wife who is gluten free when we left the. Owner said walk to the end of the car park and up the steps and she their is the canal so we walked along the canal and plenty of wild life including a kingfisher which made our day

Breakfast was very relaxed and with a good choice of food. The evening food was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Family room was spacious with plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits

Room was too warm - had to leave windows open but this didn't make much of a difference.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good. Clean and tidy through out. Bedrooms a good size.

We had a road facing room, the traffic noise until late was bad, especially tractors. Going back and forth. The last one about 1.30 am. But saying that, it isn't the Globes fault. So hay ho.

the staff were very friendly, attentive and lovely. great value for money! comfy bed so slept like a log! the breakfast was fab especially appreciated poached eggs!! 😉

our room looked a bit tired in places, particularly the carpet but overall nothing to not like given the price and the staff.

Lovely pub we stayed there while.going.to the mid.devon show. Hosts were very welcoming lovely food available and great breakfast

Pillows were flat
