We were visiting my niece at university for 1 day only, so just needed a place to rest our heads ; this hotel was perfect! 10mins by car from conventry train station and a 4 minute walk to the campus. A range of cold & hot breakfast options to pick from; my favourite was the overnight oats. Presentation of the hotel was lovely and inviting; very clean rooms, basic but wasn't expecting 5 star; bathrooms spotless and shower gel provided. Staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again when we visit next and highly recommend. Thank you Warwick Conferences

The location is very convenient for visits to Coventry and Birmingham. Staff on reception were very efficient and helpful. I particularly like the Warwick Conference facilities for the excellent breakfast - the scrambled egg was particularly good. I like the bar & lounge in Radcliffe with its self-service coffee machines to suit every taste. Bar staff were friendly. I particulartly liked the fact that we were still able to have breakfast despite forgetting to book and pay for it in advance! It's great to be able to stay here even when not attending a conference at Warick University

The central heating radiators seemed to be off, which surprised me for the last weekend in November - I know technically Winter has not started, but I do like bedrooms to be warmer, especially with a storm blowing outside. I would have liked blood pudding for breakfast had it been on offer, but otherwise breakfast was near perfect.

Very clean and comfortable room. Super shower. Good to be able to adjust/turn off radiator and open window as room very warm. Excellent black out curtains. Great location!

Very lacklustre welcome. Only got asked for my name and then told our room number. No information about where to head to find our room. Ended up using stairs after going down the wrong corridor. Found the lift that evening. No information about breakfast option or evening meal. We never found the complimentary hot drinks and snacks previous guests have mentioned. On check out, again, zero conversation. I've never experienced such a disinterest in guests. Disappointing.

The staff were fantastic. I booked a hotel room with a bath due to back issues. I was initially given a room with a shower cubicle. This was quickly rectified by thr excellent staff. I was very quickly swapped into a room with a bath with no quibble from the staff. The rooms were fantastic, impeccably clean and comfortable with a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Every member of staff I encountered are a credit to the hotel. I've stayed at many hotels across the country including 5 star hotels in the capital and this is probably the best all round hotel experiences I've ever had

Absolutely nothing

The room was well equipped with a fan to deal with the hot summer (could do with aircon though), daily cleaning and towel change was good. The best part for me was the lobby was stocked with free fruit and biscuits as well as free tea/coffee and flavoured water :) Less than 10mins walk from the main campus

Could do with more hangers and also the type that are hook-ons so that I could steam stuff over the door. But I understand this is a university and you worry about students stealing the hangers so I forgave this...

The usual great service and experience with good facilities and good food. Loved the choice of Gluten Free options which have improved

There was an issue with the evening manager and a colleague where in my opinion they were rude and behaved in appropriately to another guest. The other guest who I didn't know was also acting inappropriately in a way where he couldn't speak or understand that he owed money. Basically he was very drunk. It resulted where I needed to pay his bar bill of £55 in order to resolve the situation

We love everything here, extra large comfy bed, clean room, clean bathroom with big waterfall shower head and super breakfast. I took my daughter to complete her cheer competition in Wellness Hub (just 6 minutes walk) and her session was early in the morning, we didn't have time to have breakfast, the generous man and girl just gave us the breakfast boxes to take with us. It's so kind of them and really good service even the staff at the bar, friendly and very helpful people. There's free coffee, tea and chocolate, you can do it yourself anytime you want. We definitely will stay here again.

The receptionist on arrival was very happy and chatty. Perfect location for the arts centre, literally 5 minutes walk and on the flat. The cleanliness of the hotel and surroundings. And the bed was perfect, slept like a baby.

Rucked carpet in bedroom, not sure why. Didn't spoil stay. No direction from staff when entering for breakfast, i.e., where allowed to sit as there was a restriction on some. And maybe explain it to be a buffet style. Also, the milk jug would be helpful to take back to the table for teas. And teapots next to tea facilities don't like mine made in a cup !!.

This is a very convenient option for anyone visiting the University. My double room was very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. I found the lounge with coffee and refreshments very useful, a facility I've rarely seen at places I had stayed at.

The walls are a little thin. I could hear people from the other rooms and outside the building. The carpets were a little loose.

The conference rooms are located just a few minutes walk from the centre of the university campus. perfect. Staff are all excellent. Room was more than I expected - was thinking it would be 'student accommodation', but it was a cut above that. There was a good breakfast (a bit on the expensive side) and a bar. The whole building was nicely kept.

Signage could have been better: Booking.com directs you to a completely different site (Sacrman); without a car, the entrance round the back for pedestrians is not very noticeable (I walked past it without seeing the little sign).
