Location excellent for access to promenade, beach and town centre. Very clean throughout with extensive on site parking. Great breakfast buffet options (Continental, through to Cereals and Cooked English) and excellent evening menu, not just your normal bar style options. Staff V.friendly and helpful; couldn't do more for us. Room's are of good size and the Pool was great for the little ones and adults alike; no booking required, towels provided, as are free lockers and family changing facilities.

No mini fridge in our family room (we had toddler of 12 months - would have been a benefit for keeping milk / snacks chilled). Lack of Adjoining room options for family vacation; would be good option to have going forward.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable bar for the pillows, a tad to hard. Bathroom clean and well maintained. Dinner was excellent and staff very attentive. Inch Cider excellent. Buffet Breakfast excellent with lots of choice in a more than plesant atmosphere. Car parking great with lots of spaces vacant. The reception staff very attentive and helpful. All oin all a good 4* hotel.

As I mentioned earlier the Bed was comy but the pillows a tad too hard. My wife who is disabled was more than happy being pushed around by me her carer including the Lift to the floor our room was on. Pushing the wheelchair down to the beach area a doddle but the push back up the hill just a little bit harder. All in all a very good mid priced hotel with no unforseen problems. The staff were exceptional, thanks to you all.

The hotel is a great location, 15 min walk from the esplanade. The hotel pool and spa were lovely and all the staff were professional and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious, I had hoi sin salmon and noodles and the best chocolate fudge cake ever. Drinks are pricey but what you would expect in a hotel. Service was great, would definitely stay again. I travelled with my teenage son.

The room we stayed in was dated and could do with a little spruce up but it was very clean and had everything we needed. I definitely wouldnt let that stop us staying in the future.

Liked the room layout and size, excellent and very comfortable bed, shower/toilet well above expectations. Range of table lights in the room, all at handy locations. Liked the handy table, probably handy for applying make-up but i used it for a laptop, just the right size.

Can't really think of anything. Only thing i could think of was that the shower tended to wet the floor of the bathroom/toilet a bit until i adjusted the shower head a tad, and i did notice that when the fire alarm went off it was difficult to hear it in the room if there was another source of noise in the room at the time. Might just be me getting old but i thought i'd mention it.

Everything was exceptional with friendly pleasant staff . Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was the best we had had in many hotels both home and abroad we have experienced. Gemma Reception very welcoming. Bedrooms good with lots of space. Cleanliness throughout hotel exceptional.

A misunderstanding on the cost we had expected to pay by booking through booking.com was more expensive on arrival at property. Although more expensive than anticipated Gemma sorted this out and a compromise achieved by all. Exceptional customer service.

The staff especially the reception staff were very friendly, my little boy who usually takes time to warm to strangers took to the ladies straight away! He had to tell them about his day each time we passed! The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, more than enough space for the two of us. Great location, only a short walk to the beach which was brilliant as parking was included. The pool area was clean and beautifully warm, we enjoyed a lovely splash about before heading out for the day. Food in the restaurant in the evening was lovely and fairly priced, my little man was very happy with his dairy free chocolate cake with ice cream. They cater for allergies brilliantly, a huge selection for breakfast that we could have with a dairy allergy. Great stay, looking forward to returning.

Room was nice and clean, spacious enough and although on the front not too noisy. We didn't use the pool but it looked very good. Breakfast looked appetizing too but as we don't eat cooked breakfast we just had tea and toast. The hotel was close to town and we were able to catch a bus just a short walk away and go straight down to the sea front. Very convenient.

I would have liked to have seen a hook or two to hang things in the bathroom. There was no place to hang nightwear etc.

This was my first trip using a mobility scooter and I was amazed at how welcome the hotel made me, enabling me to use the scooter throughout the hotel. I gained confidence in using it. The view from the room was stunning. I enjoyed the leisure facilities which are excellent for people with mobility problems especially the slip proof covering of the pool steps and the height of the jacuzzi. I was afraid that the beach would be too far but it was easily reachable.

Breakfast is great - plenty of choice of lots of veggie options. Location is great - a short walk to the sea front and parking is a bonus! Staff are helpful, welcoming and attentive. Pool lovely - family friendly and warm enough. Restaurant - we choose to eat in the restaurant north nights as it was so convenient after a long day out and plenty to choose from. Yummy food, and if I were to be super picky I’d say just add 1 or 2 more veggie main course options. Shower - lovely and warm and good pressure. Family room - an excellent size, spacious and well equipped.

Mattress - we’ve stayed here before but this time in a different room. The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable which didn’t give us a great nights sleep. A little too warm in our room too but we just opened the window. Could do with more family changing rooms in pool area. Sink plug wouldn’t unplug!

Great hotel would recommend it, we have been on a few occasions now and never disappointed with the cleanliness of rooms, comfortable beds and the staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is exceptional with so much choice. We returned recently with our family who were really impressed too and our two granddaughters enjoyed using the swimming pool. We will defiantly be returning again
