Very quiet, lovely room - spa bath amazing- huge telly

Very little room for outside hot tub , expected bit more in the room ( coffee machine, etc) for the price we paid

This was exactly what I needed as a little retreat. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and cleanliness was next level. Hot tub was an extra bonus. Felt quite luxurious without the stuffy and hostile feel of some other places. Didn’t want to leave :( would definitely come back and maybe try a different accommodation for a change!

For the price I think breakfast could have been better. It was just ok. Expected a little more for the continental as it was literally a small croissant and a piece of fruit whereas In the description it made it sound like you were maybe getting a small platter of fresh fruit and multiple pastries. Apart from that, everything else was fine!

The bedroom was absolutely beautiful and very well presented - plenty of towels for after using the shower and the hot tub. Breakfast exceeded expectations! Couldn’t believe the quality and the amount of food given. Plenty of facilities in the bedroom including an ice machine and a coffee machine - perfect added touch!

The bedroom was too hot and there was no way of turning the heating off which made it difficult to sleep even with the fan on. Also, the shower head was huge which I expected to be powerful however, when it came to use it, not all of the shower was working and it wasn’t powerful at all. The staff didn’t inform us that the hot tub was on a timer and that it would go off at a certain time on the night, which was disappointing.

The room was nice, quiet, and private. Views from the windows are nice. The hot tub for 2 was very private as well. The room size was ample and breakfast was a 7/10. The Milton Brown toiletries were lovely and the walk in shower was fantastic.

I booked this room (Acacia) because of the spa bathtub (it’s main feature) however, only 1/2 the jets worked on it. After questioning staff, they told us we needed to make adjustments to the settings. However, after following all instructions it still didn’t work. When I mentioned this again at checkout, they didn’t offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. The building is older and has had some renovation work, some of which looks dated. We had a loose wall socket next to our bed that was coming off the wall, however, had a sticker on it indicating it passed inspection.

So relaxing beautiful romantic night away for mine and my husbands birthdays 🎂 hot tub was amazing room was so beautiful very relaxing we both had such great time breakfast in your room was very yummy to best place for romance and romantic stay so nice.staff where so friendly polite always willing to help great service great place to stay.

Only think was ashame its didn't have bar to go to but was fine we just enjoyed hot tub and meal out

Second visit. Facilities are worth paying that bit extra for. Will most likely return for a third time.

The hotel offers a late checkout option for an extra £30. Given the price already paid (which isn’t cheap) I reckon if they allowed you to check out at 12 instead of 1030 as standard it would have made our stay exceptional. £30 for an additional 90 mins is a bit steep. That aside I cannot fault the place. We thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely incredible! Our room got upgraded to one of their new suites due to a fault on their end. Was amazing I fell in love with the suite. Everything you needed was provided and it was so luxurious. Complimentary breakfast too :) Would definitely pay more to stay in this room again next time.

Check out time is too early - ended up rushing. Location is a bit far from places but we knew that when we booked.

The room and facilities were incredibly clean and well maintained. The extras that I requested were completed before we arrived and to a high standard. Breakfast served to our room was a really nice touch!

The room was very warm, and we only had two fans to manage this (no air conditioning). This meant a restless night due to the heat. The hot tub was nice, however it looked like some of the jets weren’t functioning properly.

Room was stunning, everything we needed from ice machine to complimentary mini bar meant we didn’t need to leave the room

Turning the hot tub off at 10:30pm when having use of a hot tub was the main reason we booked the room. 10:30 is way too early to be unable to use it. Called the reception to try resolve the issue but there was no answer from the night porter

The location was lovely and quiet, the staff very friendly.The breakfast was superb.

There was nothing not to like, and would definitely recommend staying there.
