The room was as stated; the parking was well marked and close by. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped for one night's stay. The outdoor table and chairs (sheltered by a hedge) was nice.

Some crockery and cutlery beyond mugs and tea spoons for eating the breakfast we took with us would have been welcome- I would have traded the ironing board for a plate! The contactless check in was not efficient. If it hadn't have been for the gentleman in the next door room we would not have been able to get in as we were given the wrong code. Both numbers provided went to message service when we rang. However the different number provided in the room, given to us by the occupier of the other room, did work so we were given a new code. The code was not sent until 4pm so there was some anxiety about our ability to access the room anyway.

Needed a last minute stop over due to work commitments. Found Bex rooms. Was greeted with a very nice smile and polite staff. Room cleanliness was immaculate, decor fresh and power shower absolutely amazing! Instant hot water. Bed comfortable, room was warm, and got a good night's kip.And reasonably priced including free parking. Thank you

I didn't like the fact that, I never had the opportunity to stay longer. Bex rooms make a great place for a stop over as part of your travels etc. Obviously there's always room for improvement, in any establishment- the only thing I would comment on there is, perhaps to have another one of them very convenient plug sockets with the USB outlets that, was by the TV, to be by the bedside too,.... very convenient for charging your phone, especially when you haven't got your plug adapter!!!

Great little room, everything you need, comfy bed, power shower and a choice of coffee, tea or hot choc for the morning! No traffic noise. 10 mins drive away from Worthing town.

Quite a strange location, tucked away behind a building, so if you’re looking for a room with a view, this isn’t for you! But perfect for what we needed it for.

My one criticism was the lack of communication. We were told two days before arrival that we would receive a room number and key code "shortly" In spite of me ringing, e-mailing, messaging, this didn't arrive until we were under an hour away from the property which slightly detracted from our enjoyment of the weekend. Anyway, once we got in, it was fine but better communication would have made for a stress-free break.

The two superior rooms were ideal for our us (two couples), as we shared a common entrance corridor. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern, with excellent showers. Despite being near the main road, we weren't bothered by traffic noise.

The entrance and car park. When we arrived, I wondered whether we had the right place, as it looked like an old vehicle repair parking spot, with nearly all parking spots taken at that time - apart from two, which we could use.

It was a lovely little room and so cosy. Great location and really good food options for deliveries! When we needed to phone them they answered straight away and were really polite and helpful.

We didn’t get the codes until after 4pm (I know check in is 4pm but we got an email the day before saying we would shortly be getting the code) which was a bit stressful as we had to ring the company to check everything was ok and we had been travelling for a long time.

I spoke to Nikki on the phone when I arrived as I booked last minute, she was very friendly and helpful and within a few moments I was in. The room was a great size, well laid out and very clean. Tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron, TV and onsite parking. I would definitely rebook

Very clean and modern. With iron, board, hair dryer, tea, coffee and biscuits with TV. Exactly what we wanted somewhere to sleep that was clean and affordable.

Nothing really, the parking was clear for the room allocation but car parking in the area was busy. Just ensure you park in the Bex room spaces.

The Bex room was great. Detailed instructions re room number and entry code arrived by email the day before we left, and all proceeded very smoothly. Both the room and the en-suite were very clean; the bed was really comfortable and the shower excellent with good, adjustable power and plenty of hot water. There was only a limited amount of hanging space, but sufficient for two people for a few days and if the iron was moved it left more space. The TV was mostly limited to the main BBC and ITV programmes, but reception was good. The Broadband was fine . The room was warm and comfortable and the heating could be controlled. Free parking next to the room was much appreciated as was the tea, coffee and biscuits provided. There is no longer a restaurant on site, but there is a garage a very short distance down the road that sells snacks and it isn't too far to Worthing for a wide variety of places in which to eat.

There was quite a lot of traffic noise from the A27, but closing the window reduced it considerably and the proximity to the main road was obvious when booking , so there should be no surprise or complaint about this. If allocated room 3 or 4 they are to be found down a small passageway to the left of 1 and 2 . We didn't locate this at first and spent a bit of time trying to find the room.

Very convenient for Worthing

The smoking of drugs by another guest that could be smelt from our room even with windows closed. There was a small courtyard with table and chairs- I guess this was where the drug smell was coming from or from room next to ours.
