I stay in Worthing regularly l travel from Birmingham to Worthing to see my Grandchildren and l can honestly approve this cottage as the best accommodation l have stayed in so far l have stayed in a few The cottage was warm comfort very clean well decorated. The most important thing for me was it had comfortable seating in the living room to relax in the evening a lot of previous properties hadn’t. The welcome bowl of chocolates was a nice touch my grandchildren appreciated those. I will be booking the cottage again so highly recommended it has the thumbs up from me .

The location was great very close into Worthing town centre, also the downstairs toilet was a great feature as being disabled going up the steep stairs would have been a problem for me. Was a lovely little place and we will stay there again.

Nothing really except for the handrail on the staircase being disabled l needed that to get up the stairs and found it difficult to grip as it was all one solid piece. The loose electrical socket on the bedroom wall needs some attention. just minor things really

Perfect location with parking for our trip to Worthing for the All Day Jive in the Assembly Rooms

Twin room bed layout made it almost impossible to close the bedroom door, had to push the beds together to shut the door. Kitchen was a little lacking in crockery and oven dishes etc, what was there was looking a little tired but functional.

The location is awesome. The whole house was lovely and well equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary things, we do cook breakfast and dinner whenever use a B&B and my husband enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The TV had Netflix and all which was great for kids. The shower was good and the flow was water was nice. We even used the washing machine as visited the beach and it was handy. It was a very hot week and we requested the owner to drop an extra fan. She did that with such an effort. Thank you. 😊 The beds in the 2 rooms were really comfy and kids with their grandparents had lovely rest. Would recommend this place anytime.

There is actually nothing to dislike about the place apart for the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping 2 people at all. And the amazing place could have done better with some more nicer linens and towels. There is a need for an airer to dry clothes on.( we used the garden chairs).

The property is located down a quiet road not far from the seafront. There was space for one car to park and a permit for another if needed. The three of us had a bed each. We could walk to all the local pubs, cafe's and restaurants for breakfast and our evening meals. All bed linen and towels were provided

The bath had no handrail or bath mat. It made it difficult when entering or exiting the shower as the bath's surface was slippy

Location perfect as was the parking bay beside cottage. facilities were adequate to our needs and the small area with table and chairs outside we used frequently.

No real complaints,a slip mat in bath for shower would help the older generation!

Location was great. Parking very handy. Neat cottage with all the basics catered for. Nice and quiet. Nice shower. Size good for two people. Has dishwasher and washing machine.

Door does not close in twin room as obstructed by bed. The cookware etc was basic/adequate. Just about enough abs certainly nothing extra.

Very comfortable, great location , great beds, near to everything you could want. Off street parking an added bonus, quiet street. Coffee machine a great addition.

Cleanliness as other people have commented. Needed hoovering. Towels have seen better days. Couldn’t unlock back door, called owner who said it sticks but neither of us could open it. Shame as lovely court yard and we had exceptional weather for the season and would have liked to sit out there.

A great little place for a base if staying in Worthing, a cosy cottage in a quiet road ,with your own parking bay, walking distance to the seafront and town. Ideal for 4 guests.

The Courtyard was littered with fag ends and a plastic bottle. The bottom of the bin in the kitchen was dirty when I took out the bag. There was rubbish and broken bed slats under the beds in the little room.
