There didn’t appear to be the included breakfast but we had delicious coffee. The rooms were clean, beautiful and very new, loved the amenities… roof bar was lovely and fun. Overall extras great - I would highly recommend and stay again. Huntsville needed this hotel!!

The only issue was when checking in the front desk had me at a higher rate than what I confirmed on booking.com and I had to bring my phone down to the lobby and show them the rate for them to realize and change it. Then my friend and I said we wanted to split the cost but they still were only charging one of our cards. Again we had to go to front desk and physically give them our cards again and ask them to split it. Sounds like a training issue. All else was wonderful and even with this the staff was very nice, professional and open to making the changes - we just had to go and make sure they did it in person.

This is my new favorite place. it is a little expensive but for the location and how nice it is I will be coming back. we had a date night getaway and enjoyed ourselves. it’s walking distance to everything downtown and centrally located for driving distance to anything in Huntsville. the staff went above and beyond. it was super pleasant making friends with the front desk during check in. We loved that we walked across the street to the local bars. the bed was super comfortable but my favorite thing were the pillows and how I could press a button and the room blacked out.

Staff was very helpful when we arrived early and tried to get us into our rooms ASAP. We did have some issues splitting up the room incidentals, as we had four rooms for a group of 8. But otherwise, it worked out fine and they got us all on the same floor.

Because the reservation was booked through Booking.com and not through the hotel directly, they could not take a separate form of payment for each room. It was not prepaid, but charged upon arrival and could not be changed to pay per room.

Based on downtown Huntsville. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We only stayed for 1 night so we didnt really have a chance to explore though. Very clear and comfortable rooms. The mattress was on the softer side for us though. They had a la carte breakfast. The food was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved every part of this hotel. From the beautiful room to the rooftop bar it was all beautiful. we will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing we didn’t like too much was the mattress. It was a little too hard for us but we know that we aren’t going to get our mattress at a hotel so it wasn’t too big of a deal to us.

Fantastic location right in the heart of downtown Huntsville. Nice bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. No noise issues even though we were on the 2nd floor.

Valet parking is priced pretty highly. Food at Revivalist was pretty good but overpriced. Better options right outside the hotel. Huge shower but water pressure is nothing special - looks great but mediocre shower and a case of style over substance.

The staff was friendly and checked me in and out quickly. The room was clean, the decor was nice, and I felt welcome as I entered the room with my name on the screen of the TV (nice touch). The hotel was minutes away from everything that I needed during my stay.

The parking and valet could’ve been better. There was construction taking place on the street and parking was not a quick process; however, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also not 24 hour valet and that was disappointing.

The Roof Top Bar is a must when you go here. Great location close to fun dining and bars and music.

The Valet was understaffed and could use a bit of help so waited a bit for car. The phone app to get your car worked the first time but not the second time.

The property is amazing and the roof top bar had an amazing atmosphere and views.

I Did not like having to leave my keys in my vehicle after being told by the valet attendant to just leave them in the car while the attendant went to park another vehicle, and no other attendant was around.

I wasn’t able to use my virtual card. I this world every thing is virtual now. I don’t even have to carry my cards because I have them in my virtual wallet in my phone. They are a new hotel and they requested that I have a physical card. If I wanted to pay with my Apple Pay or google pay then I guess I would have been out of luck. I had to use my husbands card instead. Update now!!
