Upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly staff at the desk. My room and the property were extremely clean and well kept. My room was spacious and the bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was great and very quiet even though we were very close (walking distance) to the convention center. There was ample parking and the parking lot was well lit. I also loved the ease of connecting my room's tv to various devices and streaming services. It was also great having USB ports there to directly connect my charging cables to. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom was nice. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was so kind and friendly. I asked them for a room with a good view as it was our first vacation since having our daughter four years ago, and they even left us a little note welcoming us. They made sure we knew of things to do around town, and the breakfast was so amazing!!!Definitely will be staying there when we come back with our little girl!💜

Beautiful interior with a great bar, fire pit, pool, etc! Loved the aesthetics and comfortability of the room! Love love love the separate bathroom from shower area

A few personnel upfront were rude, short, and seemed put out. I know it’s hard dealing with people at times, coming from customer service background, so I get it, but the sofa cushions were more friendly than they!

This was the first time visiting Huntsville but we will be returning. Our room was ready before 3:00, allowing us time to rest and change clothes before going to our concert. The staff was so professional, kind and friendly even offering us bottled water as we were walking to the event. The breakfast was delicious and the staff again made us feel at home. It was the perfect getaway weekend.

You guys may need more parking.

I enjoyed my entire stay! The entire staff provided A-1 customer service. From the front desk to the wonderful staff member who put out our food during breakfast. Particularly Sunday morning.

On Saturday, our room was cleaned. We wete in a queen suite and one of the beds did not get made up, although both had been slept in. This was my only complaint during the entire stay.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great when it came to checking in and checking out. They also answered any questions I had. It was easy to get to. I was able to check in early. The gentleman at the desk told me that they were ready for us to check in early due to the state wrestling tournament. Check in was very easy. The hotel was secure because you had to use the room key to get in and out of doors except for the front entrance.

We almost ran out of toilet paper. I didn't realize we had to go downstairs to get more towels when we used the ones we had. No one came in to clean the room until we left.

Nicely sized room, comfy bed, good-sized refrigerator. Quiet.

A little hard to find due to strange street configurtion which confused our GPS. The front desk person at check in was grouchy and "did not have enough help" (as he stated to another employee). All other staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The location was excellent. 10 minute walk from the Von Braun Center. The room was spacious. Separate toilet and shower areas was a plus. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good for a free continental breakfast. The price was a little cheaper than some of the nearby hotels. Fridge and microwave also. Closet was nice and large.

Sofa not as clean as the rest of the room. Not dirty per se but I guess dinghy. Air didn’t get as cool as my wife wanted it but that could have been the size of the room. Drains were slow. Nit picking I guess.

I loved everything about this property.The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. It was nice and clean.

Everything I had requested was met . The lady at the breakfast bar was so kind and went out of her way to see that my Grandson was taken care off. He also sent me a text when he got home thanking me for arranging the stress free weekend he had to perform for the all State Band in Huntsville at the VBC
