The hotel is in a nice location next to a beautiful park and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very good as well.

There were minor issues specifically in our room. The shower sliding door wouldn't stay shut and kept rolling open. The water pressure in the shower was very low. These are room specific issues though that I'm sure they would have fixed if aware.

The location is perfect. It’s right off the highway so access via car from either the interstate system or the airport is about as convenient as it gets. The hotel sits on the edge of the heart of downtown so walking to the dining and shopping areas is a breeze. The hotel is also a stone’s toss from the Von Braun center so if you’re seeing a concert or show there, this is the absolute best place to stay bar none. The hotel itself is very clean and modern with all the usual amenities. A public parking garage is adjacent to the hotel as well so you can park there with dedicated access for hotel guests.

This place is absolutely the best Hampton Inn and Suites that I have ever had stayed in. Everything was fantastic!!! Super clean, warm and inviting staff, great breakfast, and a beautiful property! This facility also has a full bar and Ashton the bartender/manager made the night fun! She is huge asset to this property!!

The room was very spacious! The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Our names on the TV screen welcoming us there made us feel special ❤️ Breakfast the next morning was amazing! Everything was wonderful for our short stay.

My kiddos and us loves the gigantic building if the hotel, love where our room was and loves the view from our window so lovely.

front desk persons were courteous, polite and professional elevator security with the room cards, felt safer

The room cleaning products OR the previous occupant left a very strong scent in the room. I am sensitive to smells and it triggered a migraine.

Great location and very clean. Key cards that work the elevator made it very secure. Loved that the showers were very large and had plenty of hot water and hood water pressure.

For what we paid, I’d expect more at breakfast. The omelettes were cold in the center, like they were not reheated properly. The sausage logs looked like mystery meat.

very clean the staff were amazing and the breakfast was probably the best I have ever had at a hotel! we had a cheer competition at the VBC so the location was very convenient being right across the street!

the only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t have actual curtains in the window to keep the light out in the early morning hours that’s it everything else was amazing

The property and rooms were much nicer than expected. We came for a concert at the VonBraun Center and the proximity to that venue can't be beat.

Would like to have seen a few extra meal options from the snack center. We didn't have time to go out to eat and wound up eating micro mac & cheese and beefaroni.

Parking garage charges in addition to pricey nightly stay. Hotel staff tild me garage and hotel were not connected when they actually were. We were supposed to have 2 beds, but had a king.
