The staff was awesome, the breakfast was great, the gym was amazing, the sanitized the lobby often, and the location was great.

My bathroom had mold in the ceiling and it had ants. Our frig, microwave, and shower was nasty. They did have someone to come in and clean them. The room are in need of a renovation to bring them back up to the Hampton Inn standard. Because I love staying at Hampton Inn.

The property was very easy to find and the staff was extremely friendly. Lastly breakfast was delicious.

The price of this property was outrageous. I was, in fact, by a river, but the river view was obstructed by trees. There is no need for this property to be as expensive as it was.

We really needed a handicap accessible room so we reserved in advance. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the front desk confirmed they were unable to accommodate because the room was double booked.

Great quiet hotel

Booking charged for a pool view but didnt get one. Was advised from staff that there is NOT an extra charge for that option and if available would be provided NO extra charge. Complaint not with hotel but with Booking.com

super close to wind creek without the resort prices. bed was super comfy and the room was very clean and spacious. staff was friendly and helpful.

only real complaint was some of the accessibility shower accessories didn’t work.

The convenience of the hotel and casino in one. The food at the steak restaurant and the continuing cleaning of the casino staff was great. We made last minute reservations to stay the night. We paid more than I would have expected for one but our stay was still nice. We will be back

The price for one night

The breakfast was more then expected, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was very surprised at the customer service, the staff at the front was very helpful, very quick check in. We really enjoyed the updated shower with front prop for shaving.

Even though our bed was very comfortable it was also very loud. The bed make a lot of noise when you moved around on it. Other then that no issues.

Breakfast was great, if I had to say one negative thing about my stay it would be the words on my microwave was in Spanish. Luckily I was able to figure out start button. Never saw before anywhere I have stayed, that was a first for me. Not a deal breaker though, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here is always exceptional! Very kind and SO helpful! It is always clean. Breakfast is amazing! We stay here once a year, and always look forward to it.

Location was good. Visited Camp Chandler which was close by.

I left towels outside the room, they were picked up, but no new towels were left.
