The staff was excellent. Pet friendly property

The hotel is under major reconstruction. Paying over $200 for a room during the off season when you have to walk through Sheetrock dust in the hallways is just not right. I do like the accommodations though and construction didn’t begin before 9 am, but the price is too high.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It had fans, tv, fridge, coffee maker, hair drier and more! The view of the lake was beautiful! Love the little porch area too!

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it, but they were renovating so there was debris laying around. It didn’t bother us though.

We loved the location and the views of the lake. The breakfast was really great for our family.

There seems to be a remodel going on which we didn’t know and it was a little loud with shared walls.

Clean, quiet, nice staff. Nice hotel

Outdated curly light bulbs that take awhile to warm up. Led bulbs are cheap now guys, come on. Had to adjust toilet flapper chain to get it to flush properly. Table lamp wasn't plugged in and had nowhere on the wall to plug it in. Not sure why it was even there. Would be nice if there was plug ins for winterized cars in the parking lot. I'm guessing Wasilla doesn't normally get very cold.. But it was -15 when we left and the cars were not happy that they weren't plugged in.

highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful setting. Soothing place.

restaurant was closed. laundry room could use a refresh. washing machines and dryers about to «  expire ».

Room was clean and comfortable; the hotel was well maintained and some rooms have a pretty lake view. Helpful staff suggested and excellent place for dinner.

The town of Wasilla doesn’t offer much to do, but is a fine place to stock up on supplies before heading north.

Better choice than expected with nice bagged to go choice!

Although the room was lovely with balcony and great lake and the bedding was comfortable and clean, the cleaning crew did not vacuum or sweep bathroom for next day even though they cleaned everything else.

The view was incredible, the staff was super friendly, and the room was very comfortable and clean.

That we weren’t able to stay for longer!

Breakfast was yummy. VIEW from breakfast was outstanding.

For some reason we ended up in a 2-room suite for one night, not what we had in mind. One king room would have been way sufficient. If a king room was less expensive, we would have preferred that.
