When you entered the lobby it was clean, bright and the décor was updated and fresh. The place to eat breakfast or dinner was open with comfortable seating and there was a large table to plug laptops into and work from. The rooms were big and open, that bathrooms were updated and nicely done. They had a firepit area and a pool area that was fun to hang out in.

The property was clean and enjoyable the nice at the room had a nice view. No complaints here.

I got a hotel all the time in when I leave in the morning and I expect to have the room cleaned before I get back in the room was not cleaned when we got home at 6 o’clock I was disappointed. However, that being said front desk did tell us we wanted and coffee for the next day so it was resolved and I’m fine with that.

Breakfast options are excellent! We chose to order off the menu but a nice little buffet is available. We especially love that a bar/restaurant is open after 5. I like that the location is in a neighborhood setting rather than on a busy street.

Can’t think of a thing. All aspects of our stay were excellent.

The hotel is very nice and clean and looks very new. The breakfast and a good variety of options to eat. There are also restaurants and coffee shops located around the corner. The pool was very nice to cool off from the Phoenix sun.

Everything was great at this hotel and I have no complains. Maybe just add some covered parking.

The breakfast buffet looks awful and it costs $17! It looks like something from a cheap motel and not fresh. Avoid.

I think the breakfast should be until 11am. We did not have the breakfast

Since you are a dog friendly hotel you should have a dog friendly area for them to go potty

All nice, but confusion on breakfast. Evening receptionist was great, informative, and helpful. We had a lost piece of luggage being delivered some time. He was very helpful in rcving it and let us know it was delivered to the desk.

Breakfast, should have small items for lower price or complimentary. Over priced

I liked the location of the hotel it was only 10 mins from my son’s house. Also liked how spacious the room was I appreciated the rep assigning a disabled room for me because I did not request it she saw I was disabled at check in and gave me a room by the elevator. I also liked how quiet it was the entire time we were there.

The only negative was the bed the mattress was too soft and very difficult for me to get on to the bed. I have painful arthritis in both my hips so I ended up sleeping in the chair for the 2 nights we were there.

Staff was amazing, facilities in excellent condition. Made to order breakfast reasonable and tasty. Very short walk to spring training stadium.

Way too expensive. As good as it was, and it was very good, it’s not a $300+ per night hotel.

Very clean rooms, good food and location for us. Stayed multiple times with no issues. Next time we are in the area we will be staying here again.
