Minor points. Lumpy pillows (in contrast to very comfy mattresses) Water not quite hot enough. Hairdryer not securely attached to wall Slightly hit and miss housekeeping e.g. make one bed of two, empty trash but no new coffee. Some traffic noise and nothing you could walk to but price for location. Good value for money

Most of the staff was very friendly, welcoming & loved my service dog always asked if I needed towels, lotion, shampoo & conditioner.

Late nite women's addiatude because of me using a 3rd party booking every time I had 2 extend my stay because of pricing. The official website or page 2 the hotel was so expensive & just $20-40 difference 4 an extra bed. Breakfast wasn't that good 4 the ppl who stay more than 3-4 days cause it's the same

I didn't have breakfast. Coffee and water in the lobby was a plus.

Hotel staff told me there were no rooms available. I got on Booking.com and then booked the rooms by accident. I meant to book the Wyndham across the street. I understand wanting to save a couple of rooms in case something goes wrong. Just have room availability on the internet synch up with what one is told on arrival at the front desk.

Loved the spacious room!! Beautiful vanity in the bathroom. Good breakfast. Super nice front desk hosts. We wanted a hotel close to the airport that wasn't super expensive & ended up with this fabulous hotel at a bargain.

It wasn't super brand new & looked a little wore here & there, but that certainly didn't bother me. In general, it really was a very nice hotel.

Great location - easy to get to and close to the airport. When we made our reservation the site indicated there was a free airport shuttle but the hotel had changed to Lyft rides at $12.50 per person a few months ago. The hotel provided the Lyft for us since it was marketed as being included on booking.com - that was appreciated. There was a nice hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Bed was comfortable for us. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff and breakfast hostess were friendly and helpful.

We could hear the people above us walking around - otherwise, the place was nice and quiet. The tub had a chunk missing on the outside that made the bathroom look a little trashy.

The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked beautifully. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet in the room.

We had to change the keys to the room about 8 times in three days because they would stop working. Not a deal breaker but annoying. There was also food left in the microwave from the previous guest.

The property was clean and close to the freeway. We were able to quickly and easily get to the convention center each morning. The breakfast was okay, but no variations for travelers staying multiple days. Staff was very nice. No huge complaints.

The property states they will clean after the third day. This didn’t happen. We had to ask for clean towels, more coffee and rolls of toilet paper. This is the only complaint.

The swiftness with which Receptionist Ms Chelsey changed our room, when we complained of a noisy Aircon with no cooling at all. she was very professional. The breakfast was sumptuous though we woucl have more vegetarian options.

The Aircon in the initial room given tour was a big flop - it was noisy and did not cool the room at all. we were given a different room on Day 3 of our 5 day stay

Decent room near to PhX Airport. Free breakfast included. The price is a little high but for the location I guess it is not too bad. If you are looking for a stay close by the airport I would recommend this hotel.

Cost wise its a little too much but we stayed on a Saturday during a long weekend, so probably high due to that.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good. Very convenient, so you can don't have to go to a restaurant and wait.

I think the breakfast area could be a little bit bigger. There was a big crowd and we had to wait for a table.
