Breakfast was wonderful and the amenities, plus the location. The rooms were excellent but could be a tad bit cleaner.

The rooms could be just a tad bit cleaner. To me, there shouldn't be anything from previous people that stayed and no hair in the shower and walls of shower. Also, the bedside lamps should definitely have warm bulbs, and the desk one should have a white bright light. It was reversed which was annoying because who wants a bright white light next to bed. (Just a recommendation)

On the scale of Hampton Inn breakfasts this one was quite high. The omelettes and potatoes in particular were excellent, with red and green peppers and plenty of cheese. Bacon and sausage alternated daily, both were great. The King Suite was an excellent size with a very usable desk, and nicely laid out bathroom. The place was clean and well maintained.

I can't think of anything. One leg on the desk looked like it had been knocked loose by an enthused maid's vacuum, but overall it was a fantastic stay, and very close to my client offices. 10/10 would stay here again.

Check in and check out were quick and easy, beds were comfortable, location was quiet. Breakfast was as you'd expect- my son loved the waffle station and there were enough options for a non-breakfast person like me to still have coffee and a morning snack. We were here to visit the ASU campus, and this location was only a few minutes' drive.

As far as I could tell the location isn't walkable for restaurants, so plan to drive for meals. There is currently major highway construction nearby, and we had a couple issues taking the wrong exit and/or being in the wrong lane for where we needed to be. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but if you're headed there be aware!

Seamless check in-check out. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The male staff member at reception with the long braids especially was so welcoming with such a lovely smile! Amazing buffet breakfast! A huge hit with our two young daughters who are quite particular with their food. Beds are extremely comfortable that even my 1 1/2 year old slept better than in our bed at home! Shuttle bus pick up and drop off is an easy process and very convenient. Be sure to book in advance.

There was some hair in the bath and bathroom floor that did not belong to us. It was not excessive and not a huge issue and I did not report it to anyone so I cannot comment on how it was dealt with by staff but it is not a nice sight to see someone else’s body hair in what’s meant to be a freshly cleaned room.

Room was spacious and clean. Great location, near shopping centers and airport. Staff was very courteous and friendly, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast area, we missed breakfast by 5 minutes and she was nice enough to allow me to get some things for my kids. Will stay here again.

Not sure if its worth mentioningl, but pool could be cleaned/maintained more often, maybe we got there and pool was not scheduled to be cleaned yet. Would definitely stay here again though.

From checkin to checkout, the staff at the front desk (Karen) was warm and friendly. The hotel was unbelievably clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Great job to this wonderful team of dedicated hospitality folks!

Honestly? Nothing. It was a flawless stay.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, housekeeping were great, staff were friendly and so helpful, loved the hot chocolate and free breakfast, free shuttle to and from airport was much needed. We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

We dropped our car off at the airport, took the sky train to terminal 4 and called the hotel. Karen sent a shuttle for us and told us exactly where to go to meet it. We took it again back to the airport in the morning to fly out. Excellent service!

King suite with balcony was very large. Overlooked a roof top though with trash on it which took away from view. The sunset was beautiful. Great bed and hidden drawers. Shower was hot and adjustable. Clean and fast checkin and out. Shuttle to airport on time and 10 minutes with an additional stop.

The room was very clean and had everything we would need or want. The beds were comfortable though I found the pillows to be a bit softer than I personally like. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked more than satisfactory. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location near the airport was a plus for us because we had an early flight home, but it was a bit of a drive to many of the areas attractions, so some might consider other options.

I thought the TV selections were a bit sparse, particularly for sports channels which my son was interested in watching. It seemed like every other channel was a QVC or other infomercial type station.
