The cleanliness, quiet, just perfect

Property was great . Upon arrival the lady who checked us in wasn’t very nice until another lady stepped in I was also almost double charged for the room as well we paid online but insisted we pay again which was quiet confusing. And when we also asked for things like towels she was rude about when we needed them for the pool. There was items such as soap for laundry room even she wanted to use it. Oh my family and I got stuck in the elevator as well kind of scary. But I love the room with the kitchen. The restroom door didn’t lock at all.

The staff was very kind. I was standing at the front desk wondering where the elevator was located. The clerk was busy so I found it. When I went to my room the clerk came up and asked me if I had any questions. The clerk mentioned I saw you standing in the front earlier was there anything I could help you with. After I explained the clerk acknowledged and left. This clerk took the te to come all the way to the third floor 319 to make sure everything was okay. I will never forget the sense of care and concern she was amazing.

The stove turned on but it never turned off. That had to be fixed. We ended up not cooking as planned.

Straight forward, professional, to the point good parking

Its a bit outdated i think its time to update it the tv is old but worksthe theme of the place looks 1970's but clean

One staff member did great job considering she was only one there I believe.

Under staffed but so is everyone else. Carpets wet but at least they were clean. Regular channels on TV did not work.

The room seprit from living area. Also the fridge n small cooking are. It was clean felt worming n. Upto date with flooring , tv , And a great selection on movie channels

It was great cozy ,felt secure ,n Welcoming . Like the people places n all the things that they had to offered

Everything was okay. The elevator was down several times but was fixed promptly.

They didn’t have any cooking items/utensils in my room to cook with.

The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Also understanding to peoples needs. Communication with staff is patient and polite.

Great personality and front desk

There was no breakfast just muffins and coffee.

The layout of the room very spacious. It was also very clean.

The room was clean and absolutely fabulous. It was a lot nicer than I expected. Thumbs up 👍
