The property was beautiful with lush landscaping and multiple fountains, it was truly a property to explore and take in. The staff were more than polite and attentive and the inn honestly had everything you needed and more. They don’t have coffee makers in the room however it’s a short walk to the other building and makes for a lovely brisk morning walk. The in room tubs were magical and seemed to be cleaned and sanitized, jets included. I forgot a jumpsuit in the closet and Casa Sedona was kind enough to immediately reach out and tell me they were sending it my way, honestly, the staff is AMAZING! I truly loved staying here and will stay again.

The mattress was my only gripe. We stayed in the Arizona Pines room and the mattress could at least have a mattress topper option bc lord was that thing firm (which I understand some people like but my back hurt, so a pad would be a nice offering). The pillows were also either too hard or not enough, goldie locks couldn’t quite get the sleeping quarters the way she liked. That’s the only, and I mean only thing, that could have been better.

Casa Sedona is a gem! We immediately felt at home in this lovely inn, set right at the foot of Thunder Mountain. The location was perfect for us, the room with it terrace access (Southwest Memories) very comfortable and nicely decorated - but the most important part of our stellar experience here were the people. Everyone we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome (thank you Ana!) and where do you find a groundskeeper who actually smells the roses? The luxury breakfast in the garden was a treat (not included but worth it!), and all the extra touches for the guests (coffee and cookies, dishes and silverware, iced tea after long hikes, and more) were much appreciated. We recommend Casa Sedona highly and are so pleased to have found it - a highlight of our two-week trip through the SW.

I liked everything about the hotel. It is a boutique hotel in the true sense of the word. The appearance is that of a traditional mansion. The furniture and decorations are classical but tasteful. Guests have access to kitchen amenities, wine, tea and coffee at all hours. The staff is sophisticated. The breakfast is a 5 star breakfast. They also have lunch but we did not have lunch.

There was nothing not to like.

The Inn was beautiful with great views and Thunder mountain trailhead an easy 1/2 mi walk from there. We loved the coziness of the Inn and the many seating areas both inside and out to relax and enjoy each other. Our room was exactly as described and we loved the direct access to the large communal patio. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning. Our meals were delicious and well prepared with fresh ingredients. Our servers were attentive and so gracious. And the cookies each afternoon after a day of hiking we’re a welcome treat!

Our only complaint was our bed was too soft leaving both of us with slight backaches.

The view of the snow covered mountains from our room was magical. The staff could not have been more helpful. The cooking staff for breakfast or brunch was excellent. Check in was easy as they waited for us even though the snowstorm delayed our arrival to nerly 8pm. Delicious coffee availale at all times.

Be aware that here are no elevators. This is not too bad since the highest room is a climb of only 22 steps but it does take effort to carry a large suitcase. While our room was beautiful it did not have enough storage for clothing. toiletries etc. Perhpas a queen size bed would allow enough room for a wall cabinet. Adding an apothacary case in the bathroom would greatly improve the situation.

Property overall and every room has unique character and vibe. It was like stepping into a small different world. There is beautiful backyard with a lawn and jacuzzi. Very relaxing atmosphere al around the property. Our room was Southwest Memory, small but comfortable, with corner tab with nice art on the walls. Casa Sedona Inn located in the Western part of Sedona, away from the city center noise. It was very quiet during the night.

AC unit was noisy when turned on. Since it was April, we just turned it off. Management should fix it as it might be a serious noise issue for some people.

Anna was a lovely host. She made sure we were comfortable and understood our role as “house guests”. In this role, we enjoyed feeling like we were at home, but better (we don’t have maid service at home- they do!) This boutique hotel is precious- our room was beautifully decorated with metal art, Mexican / Indian pieces that were authentic, oh, and the bed was so comfy! We’ll be back, but next time for a longer stay! Happy guests here!

Mosquitos- but that’s not their fault, ours since we left the balcony door open for a few minutes.

Our reservation exceeded our original one when we were upgraded to a downstairs room which helped us immensely! Ana was amazing in all her recommendations along with Elizabeth who assisted us in making everything effortless getting settled in! This is a magical location filled with wonderful people who make your stay memorable! We also had excellent breakfast service along with an extensive menu. Their staff is wonderful, the location is perfect and the quiet serenity is worth it’s weight in gold! Keep this recommendation only for close friends!

My only recommendation is to have some way to enjoy music in your rooms!

10/10! Nicest hotel I ever stayed in (and I stayed in many from palaces to high end chains or boutiques, in Europe, Asia and the Middle East where there's much nicer hotels that in the US). Casa Sedona offers numerous nice touches, incredible service, superb facilities, great food, beautiful rooms with a unique soul to them! Was a wonderful surprise. A 10x value over anything else I've seen in hotels in the US. Absolute delight, was one of the highlights of my trip to Sedona and I had many! Piece of heaven in another heaven <3

Nothing!

We enjoyed our stay in the Moondance room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night of our stay!We loved having a fireplace to warm up the room as we woke up in the morning. The view from the bed was really nice. We enjoyed the extra touch of fresh baked cookies and after hours amenities available to guests. The grounds are well kept and pretty. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub on a couple of cooler evenings. This is a unique place and we are happy to have found it!

It was a bit unexpected and awkward to get up for a cup of coffee and walk into the (very tight quarters) dining area where folks had come from elsewhere for breakfast! Haha! The gourmet breakfast was a big selling point but in our opinion this expensive add-on was basic fare that didn't live up to what was advertised at all. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere after the first day.
