For an older hotel we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept this place was. Our room definitely smelled as if the cleaning crew uses bleach (which wasn’t a bad thing and we didn’t seem to mind). The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Our daughter even said the pull out bed in the couch was comfortable too.

We arrived around 9pm. The check in clerk, Bentley or Blakely??, was very curt and unfriendly. She treated us as if we were bothering her to do her job and check us in. She wasn’t welcoming and could barely make eye contact when we tried to ask questions. Just an overall odd experience and very off putting. Aside from that we had no major complaints. There were some Small inconveniences…No ice in the machines. No coffee cups in the room. 1 small set of toiletries in the room was barely enough for 3 people to share. Not deal breakers though.

The price for this hotel was quite a bit lower than others available in Sedona on the night of my visit and I wasn't expecting much. I rented 2 rooms, each with two Queen beds. The rooms were clean, up to date and well-maintained. Breakfast was included, which provided a bit more than is typical for "in the reception lobby" breakfasts, including pancakes, cheese omlets, bagels, pastries and hot and cold cereals. Good wifi. Quiet. Staff was very helpful.

Although it wasn't relevant to me, the pool was undergoing major renovations and was closed. Based on a note in the lobby, the hotel did not advise people (or me) of this fact when the reservations were made. Parking was a bit limited and spaces were a bit narrow.

Excellent localization. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

There was a room outside the hotel window, where there was a snack machine and an ice maker,  both of which were very noisy, which was annoying especially at night as the noise woke us up when someone was using the machines. When asked to change the room, we heard that there are no more rooms available, the whole hotel is occupied. In any standard hotel, a room with such a "view" would be used as a warehouse, and we had to live in it. This is not what we expected when visiting Sedona and paying quite a bit for staying at the hotel.

We just needed a place to sleep for 1 night and did not expect much. But to our surprised, we love this hotel very much. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. He explained with great details on our questions about the hotel plus the town itself. The room is extremely clean. The pool had just been refurbished and the hot tub is great to soak ourselves in after a long day. The selection of the breakfast is great. Many varieties and we can just eat our heart out to start a day. This is surely a gem with a great savings. 😍😍😍

Nothing. Loves everything

The inn is about 2 miles west of town, so very quiet. There was a good breakfast, I liked the granola choices that you could add to the oatmeal, or eat with yogurt. They had a kiosk where you could facetime with a person who could check you out if there was a line in the morning, that was nice for the customers, gave a job to someone else (maybe not in the US) without taking away a job from a local person. They had liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom instead of plastic wrapped slivers of soap.

There are just barely enough parking places, at least for the 2 nights we were there. This hotel does not have a nightlight in the bathroom, some hotels do, I think it is a nice feature.

Loved the whole pool set up...cabanas, pool, hot tub, fire pit. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved all the amenities in the room plus all the pillows on the bed and the comfortable blanket. Loved how there were 2 doors to a room you could open and get a cross breeze.

Hot tub could be 1 or 2 degrees warmer. Could use a bench out by rock garden i/o sitting on boulder. Could use an ashtray by bench in front by office. Metal patio chairs on room balconies are very hard and uncomfortable.

There was a pre warning that the pool was out of action due to refurbishing so this was expected. Certain staff (FOH, front of house), were clearly not wanting to be there, begrudgingly helpful & off hand both at checkin and breakfast. We needed to advise certain breakfast supplies had run out and required topping up. The warming equipment’s temp setting was not set correctly. (omelettes and pancakes were lukewarm required zapping in a provided microwave)

We've stayed here a few times in the past, and each time, we've always had a great time. The rooms are comfy and clean. We had a king bed with a private balcony over looking the pool and beautiful scenery. Breakfast in the morning was great with a variety of choices to get your day started.

No real complaints. The bathroom was a bit small, TV could use more channels, and the workers could sound a little more friendly. But I wouldn't let that ruin a great stay at all.

The breakfast offered some warm items including omelette and pancake in addition to the usual continental breakfast. The location is very convenient for the majority of the hiking trails. The mattress is a bit soft for me. The hotel is very aware of green measures such as wall bottles of shampoo etc instead of small vials that sometimes is a waste. The toilet is the new style saving water.

The breakfast room can be a little bit larger to accommodate customers.

The beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows in different softness levels, so I could pick the one that was most comfortable. The temperature control was easy to understand, qickly responsive, and quiet. The room was clean. There was every amenity I could think of including a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and phone plug in. The breakfast was varied and of decent quality.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It would have been nice to have more fruit at breakfast. The plugs next to the bed didn't work well.
